Rosabel Rosalind is named after Wally’s Grandmother(Rosabel) and Rosalind is after Rosalind Cash, whom they worked on General Hospital with and became a dear friend to both Wally and Rena, she died a few weeks before Rosabel was born. So her name is a dedication to people they’d loved very much and lost.
