Celebrity Baby Blog turns 1!
Whoa. I can hardly believe it but our little baby turns 1 next week on January 26! We’ve certainly grown a lot. I started the site the night of the Golden Globes on January 26th (check out the first post) when I was telling my husband about how this celeb was pregnant with twins (Marcia Gay Harden) and this one who had just given birth to her son had been deserted by her longtime boyfriend and baby daddy in the final month (Mary-Louise Parker). My husband Josh remarked that I should create a blog to share all this useless information (that’s what he thought anyway!) and with the help of our newly wireless laptop, I was able to do just that. Josh even came up with the name.
I remember the first few weeks it was just me, the single parent, tending to the young’un with just a handful of hits. Visits steadily grew. After a while, Greenie came on board and for a while it was just the two of us slogging along. Then this woman Sarah started sending me the best photos and I invited her on board as well. I couldn’t do it without these two women! Now we’re up to well over 5,000 unique visits per day and growing!

I was doing a search of blogs this evening and came across this site. I love it; but, wonder what has happened. It seems that it has been a long while since there have been posts. I was hoping to add a post about celebrity dads, I have a some items in my store that have been recently in the news when they are used by celebrity dads. Most notably was the diaper bag that Brad Pitt had…it’s great product. You can check it out at http://www.islandchild.com or look for it in People magazine.
