Us Weekly reports that Britney’s expecting a boy
Of course, they probably only say this because of the rumor that Britney told Arizona store employees that she was…but Extra reported it tonight, citing Us, saying, "Reports have surfaced that Britney Spears is pregnant with a baby girl, but now is it true that she’s actually expecting a boy? It remains to be seen. However, the new issue of Us Weekly reports that it’s true; Britney and Kevin are expecting a boy. . ."
Of course, they have a 50% chance of being right!

I hope its a girl…she would make a great mom to a little girl. But I guess there are not enough celebrity baby boys out there. A boy would be cute, but…too white-trashy. I think the girl would be cute and classy.

I just have to ask, are these actual moms who say that so and so would be a good or cute girl mom, or boy mom? What is up with that? When you are a mom, you love them no matter their sex and you adjust to whatever and whoever they become. They are not little toys to play with and dress up. Just my two sense. I see that comment a lot it seems.

Yeah, I don’t know why but I think it will be a boy too. I think she is so overjoyed by this pregnancy, she won’t mind what the sex of her baby is.

I kind of hope she has a boy, actually. If she’s just hoping for a healthy baby, gender won’t make a difference to her. If she’s hoping for a little girl to dress up in pink and frills, having a boy might make her realize sooner that the baby is not a doll or an accessory. And if she’s hoping for a boy, she’ll be happy.
As for a boy being “white-trashy,” what?!? I’m expecting a boy in August . . . I guess I’d better go get a mullet and some fishing-lure earrings!

I am extremely offended by Stina’s comment. Thta is such a disgusting comment. Little girls are cute and classy but little boys are white trash? Who do you think you are to make a comment like that? I hope if you ever have kids you end up with 5 boys just to reinforce the truth that boys are beautiful and just as fun if not more than girls. Then let’s see you call them white trash. Maybe call your husband white trash too for giving you a boy, while you’re at it.
I agree with Heather, whenever a celebrity becomes pregnant everyone on here says “She would be a cute girl mom.” I love frills and lace, spas and clothes, but I had a boy and would not have it any other way. There is a reason why they say “mama’s boy” and “daddy’s girl”. Most women do not realize how perfect little boys are.
I think Britney will make a great mom to either gender. It’s the women who prefer one gender over the other who I would worry about parenting-wise. Clearly she is already doing better then some of the people on this forum and she hasn’t even had the baby yet.

Everyone needs to get over the “white trash” thing. It’s so ridiculous! This is a BABY we are talking about. It’s horrible to call a baby white trash. I feel bad for this baby already and it’s not even born yet.

I agree with whomever said that those wishing for a certain gender obviously don’t have children yet. It’s utterly ridiculous to demean an unborn baby to a gender wish based on such frivolity and screams “immaturity” to me.
To be honest, either gender will probably turn out a bit “trashy” due to the parents. These people do not strike me as mature, stable influences and seem to take comfort in lower class habits.

I didn’t say all little boys are white-trashy. I just think she would raise hers to be. I never said it was bad did I? I am white, whats it matter? I like how Kevin is white-trashy…thats how many boys are around my home town. I like it. Its okay for me to have opinion. I love Britney, it wasnt ment to be rude. I think she is having a boy, but I think she would be excited about it either way. But having a momma’s boy and all the attention from a mini Kevin I think Britney would love it and prefer it, but I just hope the baby is healthy and happy whatever it is.
