Im not sure where I heard this from but I thought she once said that she was related to the Romanov’s of Russia. The last Russian Empire who’s family (Anastacia) was assinated by Lenin.

The Romanovs claim there is no relation and that she is not a neice or granddaughter or whatever of grand duchess Xenia, like she supposedly claimed. It says this on her page at imdb.com
