   Coppola…isn’t he related in some way to Francis Ford Coppola? Or maybe I’m imagining that…?

   actually Superman’s real name IS Kal-El, not kel-el, i think it’s pretty cool they named him after superman, but i’m a dork like that (though it’s still better as a pet name…)

   People has the name spelled Kal-el…so maybe they are superman fans?! How do you pronounce it?

   Cage was tapped to play Superman maybe 5 or so years ago when gossip/writing for the next Superman movie started up. He’s probably a huge fan as well.

   I’m sure little Supes is adorable and here’s hoping children of the future are not cruel.

   Yes Nicolas’s real last name is Coppola…..he is Francis Ford Coppola’s nephew….He is also Talia Shire’s nephew (her real name is also Coppola)

   wow – i didn’t know that talia shire was a coppola. i cannot imagine anyone else playing her role in the godfather – but i guess she got the part because of the relation.

   i think it’s interesting that nick would change his name to cage but still include the coppola in his son’s name.
