Australian singer Tina Arena, 37, and her longtime boyfriend Vincent Mancini welcomed a son in Paris early this morning. Gabriel Joseph Mancini was born at 3:40 am. A rep for the couple said that,"Tina, Vincent and Gabriel are all extremely happy and healthy."
