Matt Damon and fiancee Luciana marry, expecting first child together

Access Hollywood is reporting that Luciana Bozan, 29, may have gotten a little more than a diamond ring from Matt Damon, 34, this past Labor Day. The news came out this afternoon that after being engaged for three months, the couple is also three months pregnant! They are reportedly expecting their first child together in July 2006. The couple have not yet confirmed the news to the press, but a CBB source whose spouse is an industry colleague of Matt’s tells CBB that the news leak is "absolutely true." Baby Damon will join half-sister Alexa Barroso, 7, from Luciana’s previous marriage.

The pregnancy news comes just a week after the birth of Matt’s best friend Ben Affleck’s daughter Violet. In fact, just this week Matt chatted with his hometown paper, the Boston Herald, about settling down and becoming a father to Alexa (and now this new baby as well), saying, "Fatherhood is definitely appealing….I’ve longed for it in real life anyway," but says that he is good at winding up the kids but not calming them down. “I got to learn how to be a good disciplinarian ’cause I’m very good at winding up the kids, I’m just not good at chilling them out…I think I spoil them. I think I like to play whatever games they like to play. I spoil them with attention, not stuff so much. We’re pretty good about that ’cause I don’t think that helps if you give a kid every kind of material thing that he wants. But in terms of attention, it’s hard when I’m making up games and throwing them around the room to then say, ‘Hey -calm down!’ They are like, ‘What? You’re on our team.’ ”

Matt Damon and his fiancee Luciana Bozan tied the knot Friday morning at New York City Hall. The only guest reported at the wedding was Luciana’s seven-year-old daughter, Alexa.  A honeymoon will have to be put on hold however as Matt is expected in Europe tomorrow on the set of his latest film, The Good Shepherd.

Matt met Luciana in Miami at Crobar where she formerly bar-tended. She is now an interior designer. The couple have been together for nearly two years.   This is Matt’s first marriage and Luciana’s second.
