Tori Spelling engaged (before she’s divorced!) – will become stepmom
Actress Tori Spelling, 32, became engaged to her boyfriend of four months, Dean McDermott, 39, on Christmas Eve, when he proposed at a table set for two in the middle on a Christmas tree farm, after following a half mile of lights and arriving by horse-drawn carriage. Her ring is a diamond and sapphire concoction with "1940s style." In a statement, the couple said that they’re "so incredibly happy and in love. We cannot wait to start our lives together." Said Dean, "It was so magical. All the stars aligned. I have never been happier in my life." Upon the marriage, Tori will become stepmother to Dean’s son and infant daughter.
Both actors are in the process of getting divorced. Of their infidelity, a friend of Tori’s has said, "It just happened…"No one meant any harm to anyone. You can’t help who you fall in love with and who you’re right with." Tori’s husband Charlie filed for divorcing after discovering the relationship, while Dean filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years in September.

well, this bothers me a bit. i guess it can happen this way. i really hope they are happy. he is ending a 12 year marriage to marry again to someone who could only stay married for less than 2 years?? That would send warning flags up for me. I hope it works out for them since children are involved. Much happiness!
