Hasselhoff, Wife Awarded Joint Custody of Daughters
By CBB intern Ashleigh
A judge proceeding over the David Hasselhoff-Pamela Bach divorce case has awarded each parent joint custody of their two daughters, Taylor, 16, and Hayley, 12. David and Pamela will spend alternating weeks with their girls and trade off holidays and s each year.
David released a statement through his publicist shortly after the terms of the custody agreement became public: "My wife and I have been able to reach an agreement that we feel is in the best interest of our children, which affords them the opportunity to spend significant time with each of us," he said.
Since their split in mid-January, one daughter had been living full-time with David, while the other was with Pamela. Changing this agreement to the new joint custody plan, which allows the girls to be together and visit both parents, was ultimately a better option, the family decided. "It was in the best interests of the children and that’s why they did it," says Pamela’s lawyer, Gary Mitchell.

I’m happy to hear that they were able to come to an agreement. It looked as though the proceedings were taking a nasty turn, so for the sake of their daughters, this is great news! I only hope the girls are happy and wont be too sad not being with each other full time. I hope the whole family can move forward now…
