Nicole marries Keith – with Isabella as bridesmaid!
Australians Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were married in a romantic ceremony by the harbour in Sydney. While the ceremony was shielded by a marquee and guarded by dozens of security and police, Nicole and her bridal party drove uncovered to the venue. Nicole was radiating in a gorgeous Balenciaga gown, and was accompanied by her sister Antonia and daughter Isabella Cruise as bridesmaids, and Antonia’s daughter Lucia as flower girl. The couple released a free portrait from the day to the media.

Sorry, but I just have to say that Keith Urban isn’t Australian. He’s a Kiwi, born in New Zealand.

Yes, and Nicole Kidman was born in Hawaii, but that doesn’t make her American. Both were raised in Australia, and consider themselves Australian. So we claim them! Just like Russell Crowe, Sam Neill, The Finn Brothers, Jimmy Barnes, etc… =)

I’m Australian, and like Raye, I class Keith Urban, Russell Crowe, Sam Neill as Australians! Mel Gibson is a hard one… can’t remember the last time he was home, or if he still classes Australia as home. Despite being born in the US I think deep down he is Australian – it’s just one of those things that people who grow up here are compelled to take on! The Australian public are very rewarding! And I have to say the public and media response to Nicole and Keith’s wedding has been overwhelming for everyone, including the couple. Nicole was crying on the way to the church because she was so shocked at the turnout to catch a glimpse of her on the way to her big day.

I did notice in the paper it said she had to have her dress altered just moments before the ceremony ? Didn’t say if it was to big or to small.but maybe baby announcement soon? that would be cool.

michelle anne, I couldn’t help but notice that the picture they released to the press showed Nicole holding her gathered veil in front of her midsection. I, also, wondered if the photo was shot in such a way to possibly hide a baby bump. I guess only time will tell!

Yeah I’m with Kirrily on the Mel Gibson one. I guess I consider him an Aussie, but it’s hard he never comes back here. And he seems to have lost his accent.

Love the pictures. They all look so sweet and lovely! I love the fact that Nicole and Keith got married in Australia – Goes to show that they still call Australia home (Lame I know! lol!)
