Christopher Walken is freaky-looking by nature. Why else did they choose him as the headless horseman in Sleepy Hollow?

Funny, I also have a strong reaction to Chris Walken but mine is that I love him!! I think he’s hysterical. But I think my reaction and that of Kate Beckinsale’s daughter reflects sort of the two sides he shows most as a performer: his really scary one and his really really funny one.
