Kingston is one adorable baby. BTW can anyone tell me why a nursing bra costs $108? I know that Gwen and Gavin have the money but what everyday mom can afford a bra that expenseive?

I don’t think many do, Ruth! Agent Provocateur is one of the most expensive lingerie companies I’ve seen – just a normal bra is $72. Their maternity and nursing bras are pretty new to their collection though.

I think Gwen is awesome but since when is it cool to show off your bra? Why not just wear a shirt that covers it? And I’m not just dissing maternity bras, all bras. I just don’t understand the concept. If the strap falls out, OK, understandable. But why wear a halter top or dress with a bra??????

Looks like Gwen’s taking a page from Britney’s fashion manual, with the halter-top-and-bra look. I guess she’s rockin’ the look, though, with her being a designer!

Gwen is a punk grrrl. She had her bras showing long before Kingston came along so I don’t see why things would be different now.

I don’t know if Lorus is questioning Gwen’s taste as much as the whole “show-off your bra” trend in general. (And yes I remember when ya used to buy special bras so that they didn’t show under your clothes, as in the case for weddings, etc.)
Still though imho if Gwen is breastfeeding her son, I don’t blame her for wearing a br under her top, especially if it’s a cool bra like that! (Although I suppose it could’ve been a zebra striped, instead of leopard print, bra to go with her zebra-striped halter top, but for her she looks cool anyway.)

That is just Gwen’s style… she’s Gwen! Her fashion sense has not changed at all. I love all her funky pattern combos, it just suits her. It warms my heart to see her with her little boy..I know she has wanted a child and has wanted to be a mom for a long time. Congratulations to her once again, and kudos to her for being such a hands on mom. King is such an adorable baby! I’m going to start calling him mini-Gavin.

I’m not a fan of showing your bra ever. If I didn’t feel comfortable going bra-less (during nursing times for example) I just wouldn’t wear a halter top. That’s not to say I am dissing Gwen for doing it. I just don’t like it. Kind of like people showing their thong above their jeans or boxers on men. It’s underwear. In my opinion only. Please don’t attack me for saying that!

I agree with you Virginia. And Ericka, I live in AZ, it’s freakin hot here too but I would not go out showing my nursing bra (even if it is an awesome leopard print).

I’ve noticed that too, & it’s so annoying & ridiculous. Britney is the only celeb who get insulted for holding their baby.
