PGA Golfer Trevor Immelman welcomes first child
PGA golfer Trevor Immelman, 26, received word on Tuesday, July 18 that his wife, Carminita, had gone into labor 10 days early and was having a caesarean section with the couple’s first child, son Jacob Trevor. The new father was able to fly back to Orlando, Florida from Hoylake, England where he had been practicing for an upcoming tournament to be with his wife and new son.
"The birth of a child is a one-time experience and one I desperately want to be part of. There is life after golf and, for me, family takes top priority," he said.
