Tiger Lily Hutchence doesn’t want to live with Sir Bob, says Grandmother

The mother of late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence claims that his only child, ten year old daughter Tiger Lily, wants to live with her – and not the father of her older half-sisters, Sir Bob Geldof. Patricia Glassop claims that Bob has only let her see Tiger, whose full name is Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily, a few times in the past five years. Speaking to Australian magazine New Idea, Patricia claims that Tiger Lily has told her that she is unhappy and wants to move to Australia to live with her. Patricia slams Bob for allowing his daughters to be raised by nannies, it has been well documented that Bob lives with his girlfriend whereas the girls live in an adjoining apartment with their nannies, "Tiger has lost both her parents and has been raised by a succession of nannies…who’s home with Tiger to give her a hug when she needs one?"

Patricia is angry at having been denied access to her granddaughter for so long, "’I can’t tell you how many times we’ve tried to phone her, only to have the phone go click in our ear, or to be told that the number has been disconnected…we’ve already lost Michael and now it feels like we’re losing Tiger as well." Tiger’s mother, television presenter Paula Yates, died of a drug overdose six years ago, shortly after Michael had died under suspicious circumstances. Paula had three daughters with Sir Bob, Fifi Trixibelle, Peaches Honeyblossom and Pixie, and after Tiger was orphaned at the age of four the decision was made to keep her with her sisters.
