Sharon Stone confirms adoption of third child
Actress Sharon Stone confirmed to Extra this evening that she has indeed adopted a third child. The sex and age of the baby, named Quinn, is not known, although Quinn is believed to be the third son for Sharon, if the original Page Six gossip item that broke the news in early June is true. Quinn joins older brothers Roan, 6, and Laird, 15 months.

Is that Laird on the picture? Cute. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a picture of him (except as a baby). I wonder if Quinn is also that blond (cause Roan is too). That would be a real coincidence (or do you get to choose the colouring? I don’t think so?)

Sharon previously stated she has no plans to adopt girls, she considers herself meant to be a mom of boys.
I love the name Quinn.

I heard her say she’d never adopt a girl, but never knew if there was a reason.

I love the names she chooses for her sons. They are nice, unusual but still very trendy names. Cute.

Won’t adopt a girl? well there’s maturity for you. I hear they think the same thing in China.

preferring boys have nothing to do with maturity, some women just felt natural with sons. it’s nothing like they do in China, people in China give up girls for adoption because they want boys to carry the family line and name, and it’s obviously not the case with Sharon.

I don’t understand people who say they only want children of a certain sex. I have one of each and parenting a boy vs. parenting a girl is EXACTLY THE SAME. Children are individuals first. I’d really love to hear what her reasoning is.
