Anna Nicole Smith, Daniel, and Hannah
Update: The photos had to be removed due to legal issues, but they can be seen on Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday evening, or in In Touch next week, according to Perez.
Perez Hilton has posted images of Anna Nicole Smith, her son Daniel, and her daughter Hannah in the hospital hours before Daniel passed away. Getty Images sold the photos for $200,000 (no word on the buyer) and they are expected to appear in a magazine next week.
Photos included in the set are Daniel holding Hannah, Anna Nicole nursing Hannah, and Anna Nicole and her lawyer Howard K. Stern checking out the baby. Hannah was born by c-section in the Bahamas on September 7th. We find the photos extremely sweet, but horribly sad at the same time.
A small update on Daniel – the second autopsy that Anna Nicole requested was completed on Sunday, with heart disease, cancer, systemic infection, and a pulmonary embolism ruled out. The case is still pending.

This whole situation is so sad. I imagine it would be hard for her to look at these pictures, at first. But she will soon come to treasure them.

I can’t beleve how sad this whole ordeal is, but I’m glad Anna will have those pictures to show Hannah once she’s old enough!

That is truely so sad. I cant imagine what she is going through. Do we know if Anna released the photos? If not that would be pretty low if someone sold those photos without her consent.

Anna is beautiful even after just having a baby. I’m sure little Hannah will be just as beautiful. I wish her the best and pray she stays strong for the sake of Hannah.

God, this thing is just bittersweet. But still, those are beautiful photos of her with Daniel and Hannah. He really did seem like a proud big brother. I loved that shot of him with his sister, then the shots of him with Anna and Hannah.

This truly is a very sad situation. Anna looks very happy. Those pictures truly are treasures. My heart and prayers go out to Anna and baby Hannah.

I heard that somebody sold these pictures without Anna’s consent.
Some greedy,insensitive person obviously. Some people would do anything to make some money. It’s sick. Anna didn’t know anything about them being sold.
My heart goes out to Anna, all of this must be so hard on her. It is heartbreaking knowing that Daniel died just 3 days after these were taken. So, so sad.

I think it’s a bit indecent to show these pictures. Sure, Anna Nicole must be proud of her new baby, but journalists should let her mourn in peace. It’s a horrible situation she’s in and journalists should respect that.

I guess because no matter what we see or think about people when death touches them we all sort of get a jolt….. I have actually been grieving every since this heartbreaking story broke. Unfortunately, as far as photos being sold or whatever, money is the bottom line for the photogs. However, isn’t it beautiful to know that in that short time that Daniel arrived at the hospital, the family was able to get photos. Thank Heavens!! My love and prayers for that poor lady.

I have seen these photos, they are still posted on Teddy and Moo’s, at least they were a few hours ago. I have to say, I think it’s sad that these pics are circulating. I’m guilty of looking at them, I will admit, but I feel like I’m intruding on a very private moment. For all we know, these may be the last photos that Anna has of her son. I’m not sure the public should be privy to them. It suprises me that more people aren’t upset, especially given the uproar over the photos of Brad and Angelina’s baby shower. To me, this seems much worse.

Im sure she released them to show Daniel wasnt suicidal…
ET tonight said he was sad over losing a gf.
But no way would he have killed himself with his mom there…

Ugh so sad. I am surprised it wasn’t his heart. I’m guessing aneurism. I really hope it wasn’t drugs, it is hard to believe that it could be since he was spending those last days of his life in a hospital with a new baby sister.

How horribly sad…look at how happy they are!! My god I can’t imagine what she must be going through. I hope that for her baby girl’s sake she can muster enough strength to carry on and be a good mother to her.

My heart goes out to Anna Nicole. She was so proud of her son and he was such a nice and polite person – he brought her so much happiness she will miss him dearly. She and her baby daughter is in my thoughts and prayers! No parent should have to go through this.

all i can say is that that little baby is soo lucky to have met her brother…..my closest relative my grandmother died unexpectadly shortly before her 1st grandchild was born….she never got to meet my son. i would sell a million photos to have that oppertunity

I find it a little bit strange for Anna Nicole to name her daughter Hannah – the two names rhyme. “Where’s Hannah, Anna?”
I know Anna Nicole isn’t her real name, but rhyming names are a bit strange to me.
I wonder if Howard K Stern is the father, given that Larry Birkhead isn’t?
