Kevin Federline, husband to popstar Britney Spears, and a rapper whose first album comes out today, says he is happy with the way his life has turned out including having four children at 28.

"I knew for sure that I’d have one or two children by now," he told USA Today. "I didn’t think I’d have four children, but I love being a young dad with a big family."

Kevin’s four children include his 4-year-old daughter Kori, and three sons, 2-year-old Kaleb, 1-year-old Sean Preston and 1 1/2 month-old Jayden James.  Kevin’s oldest two kids are by his ex-girlfriend, Moesha actress Shar Jackson.

"I’m not going to say that I planned on falling in love with my wife when my ex-girlfriend  was pregnant," Kevin says.

Despite the situation in which Kevin left Shar and became involved with Britney, Kevin insists that his children are involved in each other’s lives and get along great.

He says Sean Preston "gets real excited when Kori and Kaleb come over," and Jayden "picks up things a lot quicker than the others, because he has the benefit of learning from the older kids."  Sean has also quickly taken to his new baby brother Jayden and "is starting to take on the big brother role, and he’s getting very protective. (He) wants to be around the baby all the time."

Kevin says that in the future he and Britney may move their kids away from Hollywood and the paparazzi, and allow them to grow up outside of show business and the Hollywood spotlight.

"Even though my wife did it, and it turned out okay for her" he says. "And if that means I take my family out of L.A. to grow up on a farm, then that’s what I’ve got to do."

As for Jayden’s public world premiere, Kevin says he’ll leave that up to Britney.

"But if my wife wants to have that baby all to herself for now, then she keeps it, because there’s not much she has to herself," he says, "not even her own children."

Kevin says Britney has been busy being a mother and working on her return to the stage.

He says she’s "recording three or four times a week, and she still manages to be with the kids a lot. She spoils them; I’m the enforcer."

I am very excited about Peg Perego’s new Aria Twin 60/40 stroller, which improves upon their old Aria Twin.  What’s new about the Aria Twin 60/40 is its two different size side-by-side seats.  The larger seat accomodates a car seat via retractable anchor, while the other side is slightly smaller, thus the 60/40 part.  It’s great for an infant and a toddler.  Like their single Aria stroller, it’s small and lightweight, fitting through standard doorways. 

Other features include  individual canopies with rear windows, dual snack trays that remove for easy access to baby, an open basket (unlike others that have a divider), 5-point harnesses, multi-position backrests and adult cupholder on the handlebar.

Happy Halloween from Chicken Anya!  We made it to Anya’sfriend Ben’s Halloween party and she had a great time!  It was truly anexercise in cuteness with all of the under 18 month crowd dressed up asdinosaurs, cowboys, lions, and polar bears.

British actress Joanna Taylor and her footballer husband Danny Murphy welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Mya Eve, back on August 15th.

The former model and Hollyoaks star and Tottenham Hotspur player were married in Barbados in 2004, and had to undergo strenuous bouts of IVF in order to conceive, after discovering that Joanna suffered from both polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis.

But with the help of the IVF, an intravenous immune globulin drip and expert doctors, they have become first-time parents to baby Mya – congratulations to them!

British actress Tracy Shaw gave birth to her second child on 12th September, an 8lb 5oz baby boy named Luca Alexander. Luca is former Coronation Street star Tracy’s second baby with her partner Ashley Poundall. Their firstborn son Louis is now 18 months old.

After overcoming her battles with alcohol, drugs and eating disorders Tracy is now taking a break from acting in order to enjoy family life.

Brad Pitt, 42, and Angelina Jolie, 31, were spotted in Udaipur, India at a local playground with daughter Zahara, 22 months. Son Maddox, 5, and little Shiloh, 5 months, were not pictured.

In other news about the Pitt-Jolie family, rumors are circling that the couple is planning on adopting another baby. An allegedly close source to them said: "They hope to be able to bring the child home by Christmas.  Brad would prefer a boy no older than 18 months to even out the sexes but Angie has told him she can’t guarantee she won’t fall in love with a little girl." The source also added: "Whichever they end up with, they’d like to name the child India to honour its homeland." The pair reportedly visited the Priva Darshini orphanage last month. Jolie’s spokeswoman has not been available to comment the rumors.

We take these kind of rumors critically as they have been circling for a long time. Only time will tell about the righteousness of these claims.

Halloween is here, which brings with it that mad dash to get just the right costume for those seasonal parties and trick-or-treating. And while we look to our favorite celebrities for everything, including gossip and the latest trends, let’s not forget that the way they dress themselves and their children, may provide us with a great way to escape the humdrum of those princess and pirate costumes and a chance to embrace pop culture and try something new.

We recently collaborated with AOL on a celebrity baby Halloween costume (Maddox Jolie-Pitt, to be exact), and we’ve expanded the feature for CBB. Here are a few ideas to get you started in creating a low-cost costume for your own little celebrity baby or kid. But don’t feel you have to be left out, you too can join in on the fun and dress up as one of our favorite celebrity mamas and papas.

1) CoCo Riley Arquette… daughter of power-producing couple David and Courteney Cox-Arquette.
CoCo’s costume needs: a tutu, preferably a pink one, a "magic" wand, a pretty princess tiara, which can be worn over toddler styled leggings (pants) and a screen t-shirt (to jazz it up it can have a cute saying like "Princess" or "Daddy’s Girl")… She would also have on some trendy flat tennis shoes or open-toed sandals (jellied sandals look best), depending on the Halloween weather in your town.

Parents Choice: Your options are really open with CoCo’s family. You can dress as Courteney, whose chic style resembles her popular role as Monica Geller on Friends , or you can dress as David, where really anything goes. He prefers suits pieces that don’t match and an out of place hat every now and then. Go wild! But there’s more… you also have the choice of Medium star, auntie Patricia ( a blonde Bob wig and a business suit will get you started), cross-dressing uncle Alexis, auntie Rosanna, or her A-list, TV/ Movie star godmother Jennifer Aniston.

2) Lourdes Leon… daughter of the one name Pop idol Madonna and her ex Carlos Leon. Stepdad is director Guy Ritchie.
Lourdes’ costume needs: a long dark brown wig to be worn down or in a ballerina’s bun, large hoop earring, long, dark eyelashes if she doesn’t already have them, ballerina flats, a red Kabbalah string, and a kimono type of dress over leggings
Parents Choice: You can go dressed in any one of Madonna’s various transformed styles, from The Material Girl to the oversexed Virgin to the Spiritualistic "Ray of Light," You can pretty much dress any way you want and claim to be Madonna, because believe you me, if there’s one thing Madonna has never shied away from… that is change.
If you want to match, this couple knows all about accentuating each others style, you and your spouse can travel in matching white sweat suits (him with a yarmulke) and red kabbalah bracelets or you two can attend a Halloween party as Madonna-the nun, and Guy-the Preist, much like the actual couple did last year.

Following their summer reunion and quickie August nuptials, many people expect that Pamela Anderson and new husband Kid Rock might be announcing a pregnancy sometime soon.  They’ll be waiting a while, says Pam. 

She told People magazine, "A lot of people are saying that.  I think that’sjust what happens when you get together, but we already have three(kids), so not yet."  How did rumors start?  "[I] gained five pounds, maybe." Photos like the one on the left where she had a little belly didn’t hurt! 

They’re not ruling babies out all together, though.  Says Pam, "You never know. Who knows?"

Pam has two sons with ex-husband Tommy Lee- Dylan, 8, and Brandon, 10, while Kid has a 16-year-old son, Robert James RitchieJr.

Little Monsters actor Howie Mandel, 50, spoke to Parade Magazine about his life and his children. "I had a very stable and idyllic upbringing. I lost my father when he was 63, but my mother is still alive, and I talk to her every day. I’m close to my brother, and I talk to him every day too. I’ve been married for 27 years, and I have three great children." Mandel and wife Terry have daughters Jackie, 21, and Riley, 14, and son Alex, 17. What has he taught to his children? "What I try to teach my kids, is that life isn’t about making money or getting famous. If you’re doing something you look forward to and it’s fun, then you’ve made it. I happen to be lucky that way. The things that I look forward to and the things that I do for a living are one and the same."
