Linda Evangelista welcomes a son
Supermodel Linda Evangelista, 41, has welcomed a son. Augustin James Evangelista was born on Wednesday, October 11th in New York City. The father has not been named, but is believed to be an NYC architect.

Congrats to Linda. I am so pleased she has given birth to a healthy baby. She must be so happy and relieved.

Oh! I am so happy for her to give birth after suffering such a tragic miscarriage.

Congrats to Linda!! I too am happy that she has had a healthy baby after losing her other baby. I like the name as well. Can’t wait to see this little one:)

Ummm….
This is NOT her first child.
Linda lost a baby a few years ago & I’ll bet she would be devastated to read/hear that people are calling the new baby her “first”.
In fact, at such a late stage in the pregnancy it is not a miscarriage as a previous poster has said.
He or she was stillborn but born still.
As a mother of only 1 child (who died not long after birth) I would be devastated if our daughter wasn’t included in our count of kids in the future.
Linda & her family have just welcomed their SECOND child.
