CVS is usually performed between 11 and 12 weeks, and results are available within 7 to 10 days; preliminary results can be available as soon as two days later. Which means that at 14 weeks, they could certainly know the sex.

That said, if public interest is a concern, they may also be citing an incorrect due date to reduce paparazzi intrusion.

I’m not sure if anyone else found this odd. But it is impossible to know the sex of your baby at 14 weeks along. I have a 15 month old daughter and am due with my second one on June 2nd, and it’s not possible to know the sex unless she has had an aminocentesis.

I know many won’t be shocked but I am..Wow, I’m intrigued. I don’t know what’s funnier that the man that I grew up with who often screams will have a baby that’ll do the same..Hmm Karma..lol
