From People: Last year, Grubman starred in the MTV reality series Power Girls, which followed the publicist and her protégés on the job in New York City. But it was in 2001 that Grubman gained notoriety when she backed her Mercedes SUV into a crowd of people outside a Southampton nightclub, injuring 16. She later served 37 days in jail and received five years’ probation for the incident.
