Julianne is beautiful and her daughter’s rosy cheeks are too cute. Those polka dots are so chic!

I don’t think they are going so much for trend as they are privacy. I read that Liv gets extremely upset at photographers swarming her and her mom all the time, so Julianne came up with a small unevasive way of simply hiding their gorgeous red locks, so they may escape the camera lens. If you look at previous pictures that are snapped of Julianne and her daughter you can clearly see in most posts that she is visibly upset.
