Celebrity Baby Twins of 2006 – who was your favorite?
In 2006, celebrities (and CBB readers) warmly welcomed the arrival of many sets of twins. Here is a round up of last year’s twins (and those due next year), including our favorites!
The first celebrity twins of 2006 arrived when actress Holly Hunter, then 47, gave birth to twin boys on January 17th. The boys’ names are still unknown, along with their birth stats. What we do know is that the daddy is her British boyfriend, actor Gordon MacDonald.
Actors Angela Bassett, 48, and Courtney B. Vance, 46, welcomed a boy/girl set of twins via surrogate on January 27th. Slater Josiah and Bronwyn Golden are the first children of the couple, who have been married for 8 years. While they did use a surrogate, they say both children are biologically theirs. They also employ a full-time nanny.

Chelsea player John Terry and his fiancee, Toni Poole, welcomed a boy/girl set of twins in May. The babies were named Georgie John and Summer Rose. John just missed being there for the birth, due to being in Portugal for training and the twins arriving a month early.
British model Nancy Sorrell, 31, and partner and comedian, Vic Reeves, 47, welcomed twin daughters on May 26th. Elizabeth and Nell were concieved via fertility treatments and delivered via a natural birth. They join big sister Alice, 12, and brother, Louis, 8, from Vic’s first marriage.
Actor and comedian Adam Carolla and his wife, Lynette, welcomed Sonny and Natalia by c-section on June 7th. These are the first children for the couple. Adam was in the delivery room and cut the cord.

Johnnie Rose and Miller Steven were named after people close to the couple and are welcomed by Melissa’s older children, Bailey, 9, and Beckett, 7. They made their debut in US Weekly. They say the biological father is NOT David Crosby, who is the bio dad of Bailey and Beckett.
