Baby Spice Emma Bunton having a baby
Four down, one to go. The Spice Girl formerly known as Baby Spice, Emma Bunton, is expecting her first child with her boyfriend of eight years, Jade Jones, this summer. Emma said, "I guess I will be handing over the ‘Baby’ tag now to a deserving little new owner."
Previously diagnosed with endometriosis, Emma was not sure if she would be able to conceive. However, it seems the condition was getting better. Last month, she said, "I went back to my doctors recently, and they seemed to think it was easing off, which would make it hopeful for me to have children."
Emma and Jade released a statement saying, "We are so happy, it’s unbelievable news. What a great start to the New Year."
The other Spice Mamas include:
Geri Halliwell aka Ginger Spice, mom to Bluebell Madonna, 8 months old.
Victoria Beckham aka Posh Spice, mom to Brooklyn, almost 8, Romeo, 4, and Cruz Beckham, almost 2.
Melanie Brown aka Mel B aka Scary Spice, is mom to Phoenix Chi, almost 8, and expecting her second child in the spring and says Eddie Murphy is the baby daddy.
The fifth Spice Girl, Melanie Chisholm aka Mel C aka Sporty Spice, does not have any children.

With all the girls getting pregnant, is anyone reminded of the scene in Spice World where they all invision what they’ll be like when they’re mothers? Or was I the only person who actually watched that movie?

I have been an American fan of the music group Jade used to be in (Damage) for a LONG time, and have also always been interested in his relationship with Emma. To hear the news that she is pregnant makes me overjoyed for them, because I think they thought she would never be able to have children. And as someone who has been TTC for 2 years now, it brings me hope and lets me know that nothing is impossible! Congrats, I cant wait to see the baby!

Well congrats to them! How great that they can actually have children after thinking they would not be able to.
I just find it a little interesting that 4 out of the 5 Spice Girls so far have gotten pregnant before getting married. Not that there’s anything wrong with that because I’m sure those babies are being raised in loving households, but it’s just interesting. I was once one of the many little girls who looked up to them in every way.

Candice I watched the movie way too many times lol. The part about Posh saying “Thank God for boarding schools, I see mine only once a month” cracks me whenever I watch it these days. Seriously I always imagined Geri and Emma to be the one having the most babies and Victoria not having any. Funny how it turned out. I am very exicted for Emma. She is so good with her nephew and gets very exicted whenever shes with the other Spice babies, I am sure she would be a fantastic mummy!

i could of sworn that Sporty had a son around Scary’s daughters age.
I loved the spice girls me and my friends (mind you we were 5) would pretend 2 be them i was always Baby Spice. It’s weird how me and my friends were just talkin’ about how she was the only one w/out a baby.Candice I have seen that movie about a million times. I rememberthe part about Posh not wanting strech marks… so funny

Hey Emma it is Theresa i am happy u are having a baby is it a girl or boy i hope it is a girl i have a boy he is all most 2 year`s old they are so much fun when they are little when they turn 1 or 2 they get really bad
