It’s so great that she was able to have a waterbirth. But I have to say I’m really jealous that she’s moving into a castle! must be nice lol.

We had a wonderful home waterbirth just last year… LOVE hearing about this happening more and more as women reclaim birth! (Instead of the typical intervention-happy over-medicalized hospital birth. With a lot of planning and research, it is possible to have a wonderful unmedicated hospital birth, but whoa, it’s so much easier at home… from a mom who has done both.)

Wow, that is awesome! I had a beautiful home waterbirth almost 2 years ago with my daughter. Coincidentally, her name also begins with a J and she was also born at 6 (although AM) at 7lbs, 14 oz and 21 inches.
