"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

That is awesome!! I am so happy for them! :)

  2. Carrie Says:

I have always wondered if they wanted children or not – she seems like she would be a really fun mom, and what I’ve seen of him in movies and interviews, he’d be a fun dad. Good luck to them!

  3. Erin Says:

Whoa, this is unexpected! Congrats to them! =)

  4. Terah Says:

Finally! I have been waiting on her to have a baby forever! I loved her on Dharma and Greg and think she is a wonderful person overall. Congratulations!!!

  5. Christina Says:

That is such terrific news! Congrats to them both!

  6. Jane Says:

Apparently their wedding date was Feb 18, 1995. So they will celebrate their 12th anniversary next month!

Jenna is a well known Scientologist, I wonder if she will be having a silent birth? :)

  7. Christy Says:

All I can say is, “FINALLY” and “CONGRATS”. I’m often checking to see if/when they would have a family. I used to hope they’d have to write a pregnancy into Dharma and Greg, but that wasn’t exactly the case. They did write her “mother’s” pregnancy into the show, however.

I know Jenna is a Scientologist, so here we go again with the “silent birth” posts, etc. (Hopefully we see the baby earlier than Little-Miss-You-Know-Who). I do wish for them a happy and healthy pregnancy, birth, and baby. IMDB says they married on February 18th, 1995 (about 12 years ago), so hopefully they didn’t have fetility issues, which are all-to-common.

    YEAH FOR THE ELFMANS!

  8. MuffThumb Says:

I’m excited for Jenna and Bodhi. I cant believe they’ve been married for so long, and have never had children, but it doesnt necessarily mean they had fertility issues. A friend of mine and her husband waited about ten years after getting married, before having their first biological child. they had foster children for many years!

anyway, congrats to Jenna and Bodhi!

  9. $cientology is Dangerous Says:

Jenna is a second-generation Clam, so she will do EVERYTHING that L. Ron dictated that mother’s should do — because they were done to her. Silent Birth, silence and lack of attention for the first week of birth, barley formula, etc.

  10. madison Says:

I don’t really understand the speculation (or the surprise) on why they haven’t gotten pregnant up until now just because they have been married for a while. Marriage does not equate to babies. Wanting to commit yourself to another person has nothing to do with wanting children.

  11. Julie Says:

I completely agree with Madison. I can’t stand how people assume that just because you’ve been married for a number of years it must mean they had fertility issues.
First of all, some people don’t want children, and second of all, some people (myself included) want to be married a number of years before having children. When you get married fairly young, you can wait awhile if you aren’t ready.

  12. Aura Says:

Actually Jenna only got into scienctolgy because of her husband, who is second generation. She was born Cathlotic.

  13. tink1217 Says:

congrats to them on having twins! not loving the whole Scientology thing, especially with the birth and all, but hey, whatever. babies are a blessing no matter what!

  14. J.M. Says:

More twins! Wow what’s in the water!! LOL

    congrats to them!

  15. Heather Says:

There seem to be a lot of twins in Hollywood lately. Congrats to them!

  16. Lauren Says:

I completely agree, Madison and Julie. I think it’s so annoying how whenever a married Hollywood couple doesn’t have children, it is automatically assumed that or wondered whether they have fertility issues. Believe it or not, not every couple wants children, and some choose to wait until they are ready to be parents so they can enjoy married life first. My cousin and his wife, who are expecting their first child in May, married in October 1998 and spent the last eight years together traveling the world and enjoying their freedom while they could because they knew it wouldn’t last once they had kids. My parents were married for thirteen years before becoming pregnant with me; my mom swore for years that she’d never have kids until she had a change of heart. People really shouldn’t jump to conclusions like that.
Congrats to Jenna and her husband on their twins, but she is a heavy-duty scientologist, so they shouldn’t be expecting many hugs and kisses after coming up for air, so to speak.

  17. Lauren Says:

By the way, I didn’t mean to single out any one person by saying I think speculation is annoying. I was speaking generally because I’ve noticed that speculation about certain persons’ ability or inability to become pregnant is common.

  18. Callen Says:

Silent Birth? With twins? Yah! good luck Jenna!

  19. sarawara Says:

YEA!!! I’m so glad for them! Twice the fun!

  20. Heavenly_hibiscus Says:

More twins!!!!! there is obviously something in Hollywoods water supply ;-)

    Twins are gorgeous.

  21. mod*mom Says:

i’m a huge fan of jenna elfman.
    i LOVEd her as Dharma!
    lucky baby(ies)!

  22. Nikki Says:

i was wondering if someone could send me a link to see the video because i missed it and i’m dying to see him announce it.it’s so exciting….

  23. babylove Says:

Just what the world needs: two more Scientologists… but seriously, she seems like a nice person and babies are sweet even if they are going to be brainwashed. congrats to her.

  24. antij1 Says:

LOL @ Heavenly_hibiscus. There really does seem to be something going on with so many people having twins– and not just Hollywood. I know several people who have had twins and they didn’t use fertility drugs, nor do they have family history of twins. I think they must be putting something in our food or something that is causing so many of us to produce twins.

  25. Cleo24 Says:

I’d be willing to bet her twins are the result of fertility treatments, but then I usually suspect that when an older woman becomes pregnant with twins. On the other hand, I’ve heard a woman’s chances of having twins increases with age, so you never know!

I had twins at 27 and have been asked many times if I was on fertility drugs (I wasn’t… there are 8 sets of twins between mine and hubby’s family).

Scientology (and people who are into it) kind of creep me out (because of all that silent birth stuff and treating PPD with vitamins), but babies are always a blessing so congrats to them!

(By the way, LOL to the person who said good luck with the silent twin birth!!!)

  26. Aleah Says:

Wow! Looks like twins has become the norm in Hollywood!

    Congratulations to them!

  27. PSB Says:

It’s not a coincidence that there are more twins in Hollywood nowadays. Lots of these women wait a long time to have kids (because of their careers) and then find they need “help” via clomid, IVF, etc. I suspect this is the case with Jenna. I know that chances go up for twins with age, but not to the extent that we’ve been seeing in Hollywood lately.

Anyway, who cares if they had help, I’m sure they are both thrilled, however she became pregnant. Plus, most women I know with fertility issues would have killed for twins, because then they don’t have the pressure of going through the whole treatment plan again if they want another.

    Congrats to them!

  28. Andi Says:

Wow twins I have a twin brother and sister .

    Congrads !!!

Maybe she used some drugs to get preg maybe that’s why they waited along time ?

  29. Nicole H Says:

I think that is great great especially since these 2 have been married so long. It seems that everyone, celebrity or not, is so divorce crazy these days.

I do think its annoying though that all celebrities are so secretive about many aspects of their pregnancies, including actually being pregnant, due dates, gender and multiples, leading this story to be considered a “slip”.

Good for them – Congratulations Elfmans!

  30. Em Says:

Yes her twins are most definitely the result of fertility treatments and we will be hearing more about it later on!

  31. Evie Says:

That’s exactly what we need…more scientologists.
