MamaPop- Why Did Daniel Smith Speak With A Private Investigator?

Strange things are afoot with the Anna Nicole saga, people.
Wednesday, Dannielynn’s DNA was finally taken and it was announced that a paternity determination should be made within the next few days.
Then, today, TMZreported that the cause of Anna Nicole’s death will be announced Mondaymorning and that it will be "a significant announcement".
And then this? Hold onto your hats…
Now In Touch Weeklyis reporting that Anna Nicole’s son, Daniel Smith, spoke with a privateinvestigator a few months before he died. Why? Apparently he was"worried" about Howard K. Stern.
A private investigator who says he talked with a worriedDaniel Smith months before his death, believes that the 20-year-old andhis famous mother, Anna Nicole Smith, did not die of natural causes.“My evaluation showed me foul play,” Jack Harding tells In Touch. “Anex-CIA agent on the case right now agrees with me.” He also believesthat as Anna Nicole’s sole heir, her daughter 6-month-old Dannielynncould be in danger, too.
In Touch says they’ll cover more of the story in the upcomingprint edition, including the questions surrounding Stern’s whereaboutsimmediately preceding both Anna Nicole and Daniel’s deaths.
Am I the only one creeped out by all this? I’ve said this from thebeginning: no good can come from a man with a head that big and suchtiny shoulders!

I agree, this is all sounding so fishy and it breaks my heart! Her son seemed so sweet on their reality show and I just pray that Dannielynn will have a safe upbringing with whoever her real father may be.
Anna’s mom seems shady too!

Honestly I am sick of hearing about Anna Nicole Smith. Everytime I turn the news on or go on the internet I hear about her and this whole entire mess. There are far more important things in the news (other deaths) that should take priority over this. The news should focus on our brave men and women fighting overseas who are losing their lives instead of this particular story. To be candid the only person I truly feel sorry for is that precious baby and her welfare. That’s it.

Somehow, I don’t find this surprising… Howard seems like a really strange, dishonest guy.

I don’t know about that but my gut reaction the moment I heard about her passing was “someone should take the baby away from Howard”. There are just too many weird things happening at once for it to be normal and he’s smack in the middle of it. It’s just all too convenient to blame it all on her broken heart following the death of Daniel. Even if the drugs are to blame, someone was furnishing them to her and someone made sure she was drugged out of her mind most of the time so she didn’t have any power to make decisions. Who can forget the weird “commitment” ceremony just days after Daniel’s death and her spaced-out expression?

More and more signs point to Stern being a sleaze bucket. I say it’s more than just a little bit urgent that Dannielynn be taken away from him. Somewhere along the lines of ASAP! Just let Larry have his daughter! Certainly they aren’t going to wait for a guilty verdict in order to take Dannielynn away?

Anyway, that guy has always creeped me out, like, even way back when the Anna Nicole Show was on, he was a creepy creep!

I think the whole thing is weird BUT if they had found anything really significant in terms of her death the they would have arrested someone or there would be a seriouse investigation already.
I don’t think Howard K. Stern is the father and I don’t think Danny is safe with him but that is just because I don’t think he is a very good person to begin with. I think he is a leach and he was sucking the life out of Anna. The man has serious problems.

Isn’t there still an appeal going on about her former husband’s money? Maybe someone is trying to get rid of them so the money stays with the “family”. Very odd. If this is true however I can’t see it being Howard as he’s been very honest that Anna Nicole paid for everything. It didn’t seem like there were any fights about him spending any of her money.

I just have to ask why, why, WHY! are all of these people taking SO long to come out with this sort of information. Anna has only been dead for what? A month now? And Daniel for 6 months and this private investigator waited this long?
I just don’t understand at all.
And no… you aren’t the only one creeped out at all! I hope and pray that the baby ends up being Larry Birkhead’s. Do I know for sure that his intentions are honest and good? No… but I feel in my heart that this poor little baby is not in safe hands at all. I mean if for no other reason then obviously Howard Stern has no problem just standing by and watching two human beings drug themselves to death.
It’s all just very sad.

HOLY CREEPY!!! The more I hear about Howard, the more it makes me wonder if Daniel or Anna would still be alive if he wasn’t in their lives..I’m not saying he murdered them or anything just makes you wonder about things..

When we heard on the news that the autopsy report wasn’t going to be released (yet), my mother and I speculated that she died for a personal reason. Maybe some sort of disease?

The day I found out she died I wondered if it was Howard Stern. I totaly would not be suprised it is too creepy too me. Also check it out her son dies. Bit later she dies leaving only one heir to the money. I think he wants the kid for the money. If it truly was his child why would he not take a paternity and proof it to the world. He hasn’t couse he knows he has something to lose. He probably had it all planned that way so she would be born their and the law would be just so that if he was on the birth certificate that he would get custody. Geez he is a lawyer I am sure if any one knew the law a head of time he did. I am rooting that Larry be the dad and that Howard gets what is comming to him esp if he did murder them. I am sure he is not innocent.
