Howard is quick to get Larry and Dannielynn acquainted
TMZ is reporting that Howard K. Stern has been making phone calls to Larry Birkhead ever since the official announcement that Larry is Dannielynn’s father. Howard’s lawyer, Ron Hale, said,
Howard has already called Larry’s hotel twice since the hearing to ask him to come over tonight, but hasn’t been able reach him. Howard not only wants Larry, but Larry’s entire family that is in the Bahamas to come over this evening to start getting to know Dannielynn.
Ron added that Howard wants this transition for Dannielynn to be as healthy and easy as possible and that Howard has actually been in contact with professionals on how to exactly to go about this transition. The transition is said to take place within the next 2-4 weeks.

If this is true that’s wonderful news. But it still raises questions as to why be so nice now? Was he really sure he was the father and really wanted to keep her away from Larry? Was Larry such a threat before? Now you know the results and your eager to look like the good citizen and give Larry the right to see his own daughter.
Anyways, I am just glad there can be some peace for the sake of the baby. And I hope Howard sticks to his words. I hope the transition is easy and it’s good he’s putting Dannielynn first (atleast now).

I don’t believe Howard wanted to keep Larry away from Dannielynn – that was Annas choice. Howard has been left to pick up the pieces. I’m glad they are wanting for a smooth transition.
I really feel sorry for all involved. Especially Dannielynn.

I also agree with heavenly_hibiscus. I think Howard was just trying to stick to what Anna Nicole wanted for Dannilynne. I actually feel sorry for him now. And I hope he sticks with what he is saying about smooth transition.

will Howard stop Larry from checking under Dannielynn’s diapers for signs of abuse?
why in God’s Heaven is Howard allowed to keep Dannielynn NOW?

I am so happy to see Howard stepping up and doing the right thing for Dannielynn. It really speaks alot for his character to go about the transition in such a civil manner. I agree, I think he was trying to carry out Anna Nicole’s wishes as long as he could, but unfortunately he knew it wouldn’t be permanent. He probably knew all along that she was Larry’s. I have gained more respect for Howard now in light of this new information and his positive attitude for the sake of the baby.

That’s wonderful! It’s great to see that there’s no resentment on either part. Though if I were in Larry’s place I’d definitely hold a grudge. There’s been a lot of suspicion surrounding Howard lately, with the inquest. And then there’s that videotape he took of Anna when she was pregnant and drugged, painted like a clown and acting bizarre, with Howard beside himself laughing. Now that raised my eyebrow. He’s obviously done some bad things; I’m glad he’s starting to redeem himself this way. You think he’s so quick to get Larry and Dannielynn acquainted because he feels guilty for keeping them apart for so long? Whatever the reason, I’m glad he’s being fair now. Poor Larry missed seven months precious time with his only child.

You know, I think it’s great that they are working together. I hope they can get Larry sole custody and keep that baby away from Virgie. I hate to say that, but when you have such a bad relationship with your children that they don’t want their children anywhere near you, you don’t deserve visitation.

It is great that everyone is peaceful now. However, Birkhead should question Stern’s motives. Howard Stern had to know that this was not his baby. I just can’t believe that she was with Birkhead until May, had a baby in September and Stern thought it was his. Surely everyone was not sleeping with Anna Nicole without protection. If Stern puts up any type of fight, it will seem as if he did want Dannielynn for the money and had something to do with Anna Nicole and Daniel’s death. Any decent person would agree that Birkhead will probably be Dannielynn’s best option. He wanted her before she was born, before Daniel died, and before Anna Nicole died. He stood fast and was diligent in his efforts to determine paternity. He is a willing and wanting biological parent. He should have custody and Virgie and Howard should be given nothing unless Birkhead wants that. But he should not be condemned is he tells them both to kick bricks.
