"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Denied: Madonna going to Malawi, but not to adopt

Tags: Adoption, Denials

Update:Madonna’s rep has denied the rumor, saying,

Madonna is indeed going to Africa to continue her work with the RaisingMalawi organization. She is overseeingthe building of a children’s health care center.

She is absolutely not adopting another baby. I know that has been a rumor ever since she started the adoption process with her son David but it just isn’t true.

Originally posted 8:09 am: Life & Style is reporting that Madonna is planning to adopt again, with husband Guy Ritchie. The celebrity parents who already raise, Lourdes, 9, Rocco, 6 and David, 18 months, are said to be looking at adopting again. Madonna has apparently travelled to Malawai so that David can get to know his father;

She wants David to have a relationship with his biological father.

And this visit isn’t just a vacation, but rather apparently a mission to repair her image before she goes through with the proceedings for another adoption.

She is going under the guise of a vacation, but she’s not on a vacation – she’s on a mission. She intends to adopt another baby soon, but first she wants to repair her image from all the bad press she got over David’s adoption. She plans of having David’s father being part of their extended family. She wants to show that her adoption was an unselfish act of love and not what it was portrayed as in the media.

Madonna’s rep confirmed that she is travelling to Malawai but denied any plans for an adoption.

    yes is said in a magazine ages ago she was adopting a little girl called jessica

    I also heard that Madonna started the plans to adopt this little girl months ago. If she goes to further the process, or even to pick up the little girl, it is not rushing it, she has been in the process for awhile. Madonna seems to be an active and caring mother to her children. She seems to have a stable marriage and family life and she definately has the means to give a better future to a disadvantaged child. I applaud her for adopting, and don’t think she should be limited. What bothers me is that David has a living father, which means he wasn’t an orphan. Why didn’t his father raise him? If the man gave him up, and didn’t want him, he has no right to be in the child’s life at all. Madonna owes him nothing.

    I think she will adopt again. She said once she wanted to, and I think it would be wonderful if she does.

    As an adoptive mom myself, it annoys me a bit when the question:”Is it too soon?” is posed about those who are adopting. I might be wrong but, I dont think I have ever seen this question asked about celebs announcing a pregnancy. Maybe I missed the questions concerning Heidi Klum giving birth to three children in 2 and a half years? Adding a child to your family in any way, is a wonderful thing.

    I remember madonna on oprah saying she would adopt again.

  5. Robin Says:

    Thanks candace for bringing up a good point. It amazes me how people dare to question if an adoption is too soon but would never dream of posing the same question about a pregnancy. Also thanks to CB for changing the question. Its time we all stop thinking we have the right to question another person’s family planning choices. If Madonna and Guy choose to adopt then obviously it is not too soon for them and that’s all that matters.
