Madonna has shown sincerity in the poor condition the Malawian village is sufferring from. Go Madonna and continue to become a better example for the rest of us!

We ALREADY know David is adopted, no need to repeat it over and over,again and again. Please!
Sarah’s note – That should not have been in the article – we don’t refer to children as adopted. Tara is a new contributor and is still learning the ropes. Sorry about that – I’ve removed it.
