"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

Cute little girl–but you can tell Daddy dressed her. Mangled hair and no pants or shoes.

  2. Liza Says:

I hate to talk crap but… put some pants or something on the baby!! My son runs around at home like that but come on…. Shes cute, and she looks like shes been having too much fun playing and bashing her face :)

  3. Lola Says:

She’s cute but please put pants on the baby.

  4. NausicaaofWind Says:

I agree she should have some pants on. But anyway, how cute is it to see a pierced and tattooed tough guy carrying a cute baby girl? :)

  5. Alexandra Says:

Is that baby bigger than average?

  6. Lilybett Says:

Who cares about pants and shoes! It looks like she and Dad had a spontaneous outing… no time for coordinating accessories, etc. It’s sweet.
I love the cherry top and the war-wound. I think every kid in our family has a few photos of busted lips and scraped knees. I have a great black eye shot at 2 where my sister sconed me with a tennis ball.

  7. ang Says:

ah,my 1 parental pet peeve-babies/toddlers forced to show the world their diapers/nappy. beach, home or public pool=fine. anywhere else=uh-uh.

  8. Liza Says:

bigger that average? no way. He’s only 5′9″ I have a 40 lb 22 month old son (who isn’t considered overweight for his height) who looks big even on my 6′5 husband. Shes a cute chubbers, but normal.

  9. Karen Says:

A spontaneous outing would be running to the icecream truck when you already have you jammies on. Not getting in the car to go to the Coffe Bean. I bet Alabama had a craving for a Mocha Java. The rumpled hair and no shoes, so what? But, put some pants on the child.

  10. mackeysmom Says:

Maybe she got them wet in the car. Like most dads he probably didn’t bring along an extra pair. Not a big deal to me.
She is very cute. I love the messy hair.

  11. Lucy Says:

Can someone who’s requesting she have pants on say why? What does it matter? People worry about the most pathetic things.

  12. Alyssa Says:

She is too cute…the Barker kids are by far my favorite celeb babies…I just wish there are more pics of them. Anyways I think Alabama has always been chubby, I remember pics from when she was an infant and she had the chubby belly and arms and legs, but she’s so cute! The shirt is adorable…as for the diaper showing…WHO CARES…if the weather in California is anything like the weather here in MN (it’s been hot) I wouldn’t be wearing pants either…lol:-)

  13. J.M. Says:

I bet when her mother sees these pics she’s going to be shaking her head! LOL

That’s a typical dad. A 1/2 dressed baby with no pants, messy hair and no shoes or socks!! I think it’s kinda cute though. I actually don’t mind babies just hanging out in t-shirts and their diapers…but yeah maybe some pants would of been better when out in public. But still it’s a cute shot.

  14. editorjax Says:

I think it is extremely tacky, and not to mention unsanitary, to take a child out with only a diaper on the bottom. For one, you don’t see people out in their underwear in public, which essentially is the same thing, and also, if she wets and the diaper leaks, pee is everywhere. Even if it was a spontaneous run to get coffee, you can grab a pair of sweats or shorts or something just as easily as you’re grabbing the car keys!

  15. AE Says:

Lucy, I am a mom to a 15 month old and I would never take him out like that, it does not take that much effort to throw on a pair of shorts and sandals. It just looks like he was to lazy to care.

  16. Lilybett Says:

Can the put-the-pants-on-the-child posters tell me if they’re saying so for reasons of morals/modesty, aesthetics, or some sort of health/safety reasons, etc?

I don’t understand why a toddler is in desperate need of pants. She has a nappy/diaper on – it’s not like you can see anything other than her cute little legs. It’s spring, so it can’t be that cold. Her dad is carrying her, so she’s not exactly being exposed to anything dangerous on the ground.

I really hope it’s not aesthetics. I know mums like to be proud of their kids but sometimes it’s silly. My stepmum used to iron my little toddler brothers’ play clothes even when they were just going to be playing in the dirt/grass/sandpit in the backyard… it drove me bonkers. She was creating work for herself and it’s not like stay-at-home mums (and dads) don’t have enough to do!

  17. Liza Says:

I just think it looks trashy, and kinda gross. What if she pooped out her diaper? You all know it happens!!!

  18. Jessica Says:

Will you people come off it. It is a BABY with no pants on… It is not like Travis is walking around with no pants on. She is a little kid, leave her and her parent alone. You can’t see anything but her little legs, he is carrying her, so she isn’t walking around barefoot on the dirty ground. My gosh people, get over yourselves for thinking they are bad parents and you are th worlds best parent because you “would never let your kid out in public like that”. Well, give yourselves a big pat on the back, and leave other people alone then!

  19. ang Says:

well taking a little dog into a supermarket could be considered cute too-til he wizzes on the floor.ppl are eating & drinking-they don’t want to be worrying about a potentially smelly or leaky diaper nearby. i hope her pants r just in the car coz even looking at this pic makes me shudder a bit.

  20. kendrajoi Says:

Honestly, I didn’t even think about the fact that she was just in a shirt and diaper when I looked at the picture, it didn’t bother me too much, BUT, that is EXACTLY what my husband would do if he were in charge of our son and suddenly he wanted a coffee- It’s a TOTAL guy/dad thing….

  21. Melea Says:

I agree, she needs pants but it’s not that big of a deal. Britney Spears did it ALL the time with Sean Preston. I’m the kind of person though that would go buy some new pants if the ones he/she was wearing got wet/dirty before I would walk around in public like that. But like I said, not that big of a deal. He is a loving dad that is taking care of his daughter, isn’t that the most important thing??

  22. mom4bob Says:

ROFLMBO This is classic! A group consisting primarily of women is bellyaching about how a tattooed daddy has his child dressed.

Here’s a reality check: LOTS of daddys fail to dress their children to Mom’s standards. It’s not just Travis Barker (as most of us well know). Besides, he seems to barely know how to dress HIMSELF, let alone a baby girl. Maybe we should all just lighten up.

Can’t we just be glad for Bama that she’s spending time with her daddy?

  23. nicksmomma Says:

Oh my goodness, some people get heated on here over the smallest things. For one, Alabama or any other celebrity baby isn’t our child, so it doesnt really matter. For another thing, as someone else already said, she isn’t the only celebrity baby to go out pant-less. Courtney Cox Arquette used to take Coco out like that as did Britney Spears. What’s the big deal? I mean, sure, the baby would look more put together with pants on, but then again, it is a BABY we are talking about here.

  24. preesi Says:

    Look you people!
We all poop, pee, pick our noses, vart after sex occasionally (no typo on vart, look it up!) all our veggies were fertilized with cow and/or human waste (look it up!) so dont say Alabamas diaper is unsanitary!
We were born naked, without diapers, high heels, make-up, nail polish and Couture…
The baby has no pants! BIG DEAL!
When the next act of terrorism strikes WHAT THE &^%^&%^ WILL IT MATTER WHAT WE ARE WEARING OR HOW TORI FED HER BABY! THE FACT THAT ALABAMA WAS WITH HER DADDY FOR SOME BONDING AND TORI LOVES LIAM WILL BE THE ONLY THINGS THAT MATTER!

    RIGHT!??

    NOW GET OVER YOURSELVES!

(Too good not to post, but wont make it past the censors Ill bet! Sad!)

  25. Jess Says:

Aw, she’s gorgeous, I love those plump legs!
As long as he’s carrying her, I see no problem with the missing pants. Maybe she wet them in the car.

  26. Audrey Says:

She is a child people, they are lucky, they don’t obsess like adults over looks, she is probably comfortable like that, so why should she not be comfy just to keep up to YOUR standards? she’s not your child, you obsess over you child anytime you want, but leave her alone, there is nothing wrong, kids poop and pee, its a fact of life, its gonna stink pants or no pants, and its hardly unsanitary, unsanitary is if she wasn’t wearing a nappy at all. And shame on you, she’s a baby, she doesn’t looks trashy!

My dad used to take me out in a nappy and singlet, and I love those pictures, they show the great ruffed up, no frills, no worries, no cares! father and daughter relationship!
