Elisabeth Hasselbeck expecting second child
The View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck, 29, announced on the show today that she is three months pregnant. The new baby, due on November 11th, will join big sister Grace Elisabeth, 2.
Elisabeth has made no secret of the fact that she and husband Tim have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. Since February, readers have been sending in their observations – and you guys were right!
Just like they did with Grace, Elisabeth and Tim don’t plan to find out the baby’s sex until the birth – Elisabeth says not knowing the sex is what gets her through labor and delivery, since she knows there’s still a big surprise at the end.

Rosie O’Donnell said she has known about the pregnancy for two weeks, and is quite proud of herself for keeping it a secret, because she’s usually very bad with them – which is why, Elisabeth said, she didn’t tell Rosie sooner. Elisabeth joked that the reason for the pregnancy is because Rosie is leaving the show in June – Elisabeth told her,
I figured that we’re going to be lonely without you. So,Tim and I thought we should get busy and maybe make a little co-host!

I KNEW IT!!! I have been watching and he dresses got ‘bigger’ and more flowy and she looked chubbier in the face…she was so thin, I noticed about a month ago that something was up.

I’m so excited. We were originally due at the same time with our first child but I had a m/c. I’m 3 months along now with my second and due 11/2. It always fun to go through it with a celebrity!

I don’t miss the show and she had me fooled. When she got on the skateboard a couple of weeks back I decided there was no way she would do that if she was expecting. Guess I was wrong.

We had the same due date Elisabeth’s first time around (I was preggers with my 2nd). Now it seems we are pregnant together again. I’m soooo happy for her and her family. I’ve been a fan of hers since her “Survivor” days.

Elizabeth is my favorite celebrity hands down and she looks like such an amazing mother and wife. I didn’t get to see her on the reality show, but I started watching The View and instantly felt drawn to her character. She is a great role model for Christian women and for women who stand up for what they believe no matter who may find it offensive… I just had to stop by and leave a comment to her and her husband and baby Grace!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! I would like to see them have another girl

Wow this is sooo crazy!lol. Congrats to her. Atleast her pregnancy might not be so tough during the summer seeing as she will be about 6-7 months in august. The last 3 months are the hardest. Congrats to her and her family!

I think she is the most articulate and poised person on the show (in addition to
Barbara Walters).

Congrats to Tim, Elizabeth, and little Grace!!! I just KNEW that around this time that Elizabeth will once again announce that she’s pregnant with another baby. It’s great news and I am anxiously anticipating on the arrival of Grace’s new little baby brother or sister in November!
