"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Chris Rock’s alleged baby mama not 100% sure of paternity

After publicly filing a lawsuit for paternity, Kali Bowyer, the Georgia woman claiming to have mothered a 13-year-old by comedian/actor Chris Rock is now saying she has never been 100% sure of her son’s paternity. She adds that she has never suggested that the actor is definitely her son Jordan’s father, but simply a candidate, following a brief relationship between herself and the star. In a statement on Monday to the Statesboro Herald, Kali says,

If I were 100 percent positive, I would not have requested a DNA test. I would have gone to the lawyers and courts for a child-support order. It’s hard enough for a parent of any child to seek such a test, let alone someone in the public eye.

Kali continuously denies having any financial motive for filing the suit in March, but says she instead wants to find out her son’s paternity for medical reasons.  Her son has suffered from seizures and Kali says she needs to find out Jordan’s father’s medical history so that doctors can treat her son more thoroughly. She has said,

Any parent who has a child laying in an [emergency room] bed would seek out paternity when faced with the situation.

Chris has admitted to a "limited relationship" with Kali and has said he is willing to take a paternity test.  In court documents, Chris stated that if Jordan is in fact his son, he "desires to contribute to the support, maintenance and education" of the child.

Funny that she’s coming back and saying she’s not so sure. Before, she sounded quite confident that Chris could be her son’s father. And really, I know this is for her son and he’s sick and needs help, but she could’ve gone about this a different way, more privately. It’s like she’s trying to cover her own hide…so she won’t look like a fool in the long run.

OK, call me old fashioned, but I don’t think much of people who are unsure of thier childs paternity.

What kind of person has (presumably unprotected) sex with different partners within a matter of days? And then makes that information well known!

People like Ms. Bowyer are the reason we cannot jump to conclusions. She requested DNA testing not just because she was unsure, but because she knows there is no way in heck that she was going to get a dime without it.

TMZ also reported that she had a criminal history riddled with fraud charges.

She probably thought she could extort some money from Rock without the test – just by making noise in the press.

why don’t people read the entire article, why do they only post a section? if you read the article in http://www.statesboroherald.com/news/section/1/
Bowyer also had some words for the media in her comments.
“Chris has acknowledged we had a limited relationship to the court and is willing to take the test,” she said. “These tabloids, news websites and blogs report as if I have spoken with them. They take bits and pieces of different things, information, and piece something together. As for the secret sources that wish to exaggerate/add situations, I will let my lawyers deal with them.”

We only posted a bit of this story, since we had already posted about it (and Chris’ willingness to test) previously – the pink writing is a link to the previous post.

    Amen, kylieg. I agree 100%.
