David Hasselhoff’s custody battle continues

David Hassellhoff recently talked to Entertainment Tonight about his high-profile custody battle with ex-wife Pamela Bach. David said he is keeping his head up and trying to do what is in the best interest of the children, Taylor Ann who will be 17 this week and Hayley Amber, 14 years old.

I have the respect of my children and my fans, but most importantly my self-respect. I will continue to keep my personal life private for the sake of moving on and living a happy life with my daughters.

His rep, Judy Katz, also released the following statement:

Mr. Hasselhoff continues to fulfill his obligations to his former wife and their children and as a result they continue to maintain the same lifestyle they were accustomed to. Unfortunately, his ex-wife continues to use the press and the children as a tool to present herself as a victim. She has had no less than nine sets of attorneys who have all let her go due to the inconsistency of her behavior.

Entertainment Tonight is also reporting that Pamela has recently hired Larry Birkhead’s former attorney, Debra Opri for help pertaining to child support payments.All parties were in court Tuesday morning for a custody hearing. No further details from the hearing were released.
