"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Introducing Princess Sofia of Spain

Sofia, daughter of Princes Felipe and Letizia, was presented to the Spanish crowds this afternoon at 18.10 Spanish time. The proud princes walked out of Ruber Hospital with the newborn and 18 month old daughter Leonor. A video can also be seen at Hola.

Letizia mentioned that it was fabulous having her second baby and that she seemed to be less blonde than Leonor when she was born. She also stated that she was going to breastfeed her and that planned to dedicate time for Sofia "just as she did with Leonor". She commented on the decision to name her like the Queen, saying that they both wanted the girl to be named after her grandmother and that "it is a beautiful name as well".

Sofia, named after her grandmother the Queen, was born on Sunday and has since today remained at hospital with her mother Letizia, who was recovering from the c-section. Leonor visited her mother twice while in hospital and looked happy to pose for the photographers for the family photo today. During the presentation, Leonor talked the whole time and kept tryingto runtowards her adoring public. She had taken a microphone and was playingwithit then demanded the other one from her dad! She also waved at thepress andpublic frantically saying — ‘hello hello hello!’

Awww…baby Sofia is gorgeous…a peanut =)) And I don’t think it can be said enough, that little Lenore is just GORGEOUS…she’s delicious really…that sweet little angel face and those blonde curls! And look at her in that adorable red dress! Goodness she’s beautiful! That’s a lovely family picture–they all look incredibly happy =) I am sure Sofia is going to be just as gorgeous as her sister! Congrats to the whole family = )

  2. ChristineM Says:

Leonor totally stole the show. Sofia is gorgeous but she looks more like Irene Urdangarin at her presentation than her sister Leonor. Leonor was talking away telling dad to give her the other microphone lol. She was running away to the croowds again like she did the first time she visited the hospital! Leonor can definitely equal Suri and Shiloh in the cute department

  6. maggie Says:

Agreed with christineM, sofia looks very much like her cousin Irene, but they are both pretty babies. And leonor is just the cutest thing, I saw the video and shes a very funny girl

  7. Jennifer Says:

Infanta Sofia is a beautiful baby girl…I’m sure she’ll be just as gorgeous as her big sister :-)

And it really can’t be said enough how angelic Infanta Leonor is! She’s a stunning little girl with her blonde curls, and her red dress is so cute :-) Such a gorgeous family!

  8. Heather Says:

Leanor is such a doll; I love her. Her personality reminds me of Princess Amalia because she loves the cameras and attention.

I actually think that Leanor looks quite a bit like her cousin Irene. I think they both resemble their grandmother, Queen Sofia.

Is it correct to call them Princesses though? I thought they were just called Infanta’s.

  9. ChristineM Says:

This is a picture comparing Sofia with cousin Irene at her presentation! They are all gorgeous but they definately alike:
