Kevin Costner, wife celebrate birth of baby boy
Christine Costner, wife to actor Kevin Costner, gave birth to a healthy baby boy last night. Cayden Wyatt Costner came a few days early (Christine was due Thursday) arriving at 10:30 p.m. at a Los Angeles-area hospital, weighing in at 7 pounds 14 ounces. During a recent interview with In Touch, Christine predicted that their son would look just like Kevin; According to Kevin’s publicist, baby Cayden has dark hair.
Both mother and son are doing well.
Cayden is the first child for the couple, who wed in September 2004. Kevin has four children — Annie, 23, Lilly, 20, Joe, 19, and Liam, 10. No further details of the birth were released.

I don’t believe Liam is from a previous marriage.
Previous *relationship*.
His previous marriage cost him a fortune (divorce settlement).

That’s an awesome name. I’m not a fan of Cayden but Cayden Costner sounds so good together. And it’s cool he was born 5/6/07!

Without the Wyatt (or any other name) in the middle ‘Cayden Costner’ sounds really, really cool.

Meh, Cayden is just so trendy (hey, look its Brayden, Aidan, Hayden, Jaden, err Cayden!) that it just doesn’t appeal to me on any level. Especially when you compare it to the more classical monikers his sibs enjoy.
However, Caydon Costner does have that Kevin Costner sound to it, so its not unbearable and I’m sure he’ll be gorgeous! It’s just a taste thing, nothing serious

Can’t say I ever really liked Christine. She just always seemed very fake to me; like she wouldn’t get along with his other children. I don’t know why I have this impression; because I don’t know her at all personally. Anyways, congratulations to both of them and the entire family!

I was hoping Jake would be in there somewhere. I’m not a Cayden fan either, but I think Wyatt is absolutely appropriate and I love it. Jake Wyatt Costner just seemed right, under the circumstances…..oh well!
I don’t know Christine either, but sometimes shyness creates many false impressions…you never know. Kevin’s shyness has always made some people think he was way off the man he truly is, so you never know.
All I hope is that she deserves the man she was blessed with and I too, wish the entire Costner family the best in health, happiness and love always.
