Eva Longoria plans on adopting
Eva Longoria, 32, who is marrying San Antonio Spurs guard, Tony Parker, 25, in July, talked to Latina magazine about starting a family with her soon-to-be-husband. Eva says she and Tony are actually considering adoption. She tells the magazine,
We both have big hearts and the finances to do it, and we want to be able to provide an environment of love and stability to a child who otherwise wouldn’t have that.
Eva has expressed her desire to adopt in the past, saying,
I do want to have a family at some point. I also want to adopt. I don’t feel the pressure to have kids, because I know there are so many out there.

Tony is from Belgium and grew up in France and Eva’s a Texan with Mexican folks. I wonder if they’ll adopt within the US or from another country. You don’t hear much about European adoptions aside from a few celebs looking into Russian bubs.

I am definitely not a fan of Eva, but I have to say GOOD FOR HER. There ARE way too many kids out there who need a good, stable homelife.

Good for her. It’s always nice to hear people talk of taking another child into their homes. So many celebs sound so fake about adopting, almost like they want attention but Eva & Tony seem like down to Earth people who just want to help.
