A newborn baby is essentially an eating, sleeping, pooping machine. It’s also an adorable entity so we look past the poop and fall in love with what produced it. At about two months old you can see them developing little personalities and turning into people. Why so big a flap was made about that “blob” comment — which, by the way, came from the interviewer, not from Angelina — I will never understand.

Shiloh is so pretty! She looks just like her gorgeous parents, especially her father.

I get what Angie meant… newborns are like blobs in that they just lay there… they don’t sit up, they don’t crawl… they can’t yet.

They also don’t smile, they dont’ show much in the way of personality, though they will show their temperment.

And when you see her specify that she is meaning she tends to thin of Mad and Zee as being more vulnerable, what she means is she feels more for them in that she feels that they are more likely to feel jealous, that they weren’t lucky enough to know her from before they were born, that kind of thing.

Shiloh is priveleged that she will never know living in an orphanage or poverty.

With Shihoh she only experienced joy and happiness, never sadness. So obvious. Why do some of you read her words as less love for her biological daughter when things are so clear and natural? How can you ever think that she loves Shiloh, a baby she made with her man, a baby she carried for 9 months and breastfed for 5, a baby that she took care from birth, a baby who remembers her of Brad, less than her other kids because she never felt sorry for this beautiful, wanted, deeply loved and admired girl?

Shiloh is beautiful, nice mixture of both Angelina and Brad. Shiloh, Suri, and Dannielynn are the prettiest celebrity girl babies IMO. I hope as Shiloh gets older now we see more pics of her, because she is one of the prettiest celebrity babies, she looks like a gerber baby.

To the commenters who said that they hope Shi never reads the Elle UK interview….relax! I am sure that, if she ever does read it (and I am guessing she probably will eventually), it will be when she is an adult. At that point, she will be old enough to relieze what Mags pointed out: that Angie obviously meant that she felt sadness and sympathy for Mad and Z. because they both got off to a rocky start in life, and Z nearly died right after Angie adopted her. I am sure that Shi will not be bothered a bit. If anything else, I am sure that she will ask her mom what she meant when she made that comment, and Angie will explain it to her.

Happy 1st birthday little one! It’s a special day for you Miss Shiloh!!! Obviously, I will never forget the day and year (May 27, 2006) when a little newborn baby girl came into the world to change the face of all of Hollywood and the world of celebrities.
