Kimora Lee Simmons and actor beau take daughters out
Media Take Out and Concrete Loop have photos of designer/celebrity-mom Kimora Lee Simmons out in Cannes with her two daughters, Ming Lee Simmons, 7, and Aoki Lee Simmons, 4, strolling along with Kimora’s new beau, Oscar-nominated actor Djimon Hounsou. Djimon, who first broke out with a role in Amistad and was nominated this year for his work alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in Blood Diamond, seems comfortable with the girls. They also seems to be happy with their mother’s choice for a boyfriend — at one point each girl takes a turn holding his hand. Ming and Aoki’s father is Kimora’s estranged husband, music mogul Russell Simmons.

Djimon is HOT!
After reading a very unflattering story about Kimora in Vanity Fair not so long ago, it completely reaffirmed the vibe I get from her: class isn’t all about money. Her salty language and ghetto attitude is hardly worth coveting.

ITA, Principesa. I think Kimora has no class and definitely uses her kids to a certain extent. All the photos I’ve seen of her with them and the times I’ve heard her speak to them give me the vibe that she is more interested in teaching them how to be good posers than good people. I’m disappointed that a man like Djimon would date her.

So…I guess they are seeing each other, at least it looks like it from the photos. But Djimon is supposed to be mine..lol. But honestly, he looks cute hanging out with her and the girls, and if she and Djimon are dating, at least they seem comfortable around him.

Well I like Kimora and I think her girls are too cute. They are my favorite celeb babies! I think that even though kimora’s personality can be too much for some people(I have a personality like that too) I can see from the few shows she was on with her girls that she is raising them right.

Those girls are too cute. But they are going to grow up to be major diva’s like their mama. I mean, Ming already has an LV purse! She’s 7, what could she possibly have in there.
Anyway, Djimon is really hot, and he seems nice, so maybe he’ll be a stabilizing factor in their lives.

Heather, that is Kimora’s purse that she is holding. If you look at all of the pics from this day Kimora is the one with the purse.

Well, well well! Madame Butterfly is stepping outside of her materialistic box and trying something new. She’s just such a bitter pill to swallow but good luck to them. Hopefully she will put the brakes on her controlling ways.

I wonder how the kids adjusted to their mom dating. I gave two small daughters myself, so I always wonder how that works.

I think she is a wonderful mother and her kids are out enjoying themselves. And besides, her man is hot! Some other mothers have done worse!

Um…I didn’t know you all knew Kimora….I hope no person ever assasinates my character only knowing me from pictures….and so what if her daughter got an expensive purse…ALL celebrities spend WAY too much money on their kids…Kimora is kinda hood and thats ok…its who she is…don’t judge her for it…she provides for her children and spends time with them…thats more than most parents can say anyway…(dont be mad at the voice of reason!)

i like this picture. ming is only 7 and she already has a lv purse; well her mum is a huge lv fan so i was expecting that. although she could have at least done something with her hair. it looks horrible like that. and aoki looke a bit skinny. anyway i still love them. they are just having a bad hair and clothed dat that’s all!
