Victoria Beckham searches for nannies, housekeepers
In preparation for her family’s upcoming move to California, Victoria Beckham has begun the process of hiring household help — and she’s looking for the very best money can buy.
The former Spice Girl is seeking a family of four to serve as live-in housekeepers, as well as two nannies — with a monthly salary of more than $11,000 — for sons Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 4, and Cruz, 2. To that end, Victoria is seeking someone "plain looking" who has "perfect good manners" and "perfect spoken English."
Her husband, soccer star David Beckham, is rumored to be unhappy about making the move from Real Madrid to his new team the Los Angeles Galaxy but is putting a positive spin on the transition for the sake of the children.
For the kids to live there, with great weather almost every day, going to a great school, the whole lifestyle, the passion for sport … I know we’ll fit in.

Psh, Daily Mail has been Daily Hate Mail to the Beckhams since the beginning. They can turn the most harmless quote to an earth shattering statement.

Why would David be unhappy with the move when he’s the reason they’re moving?

Great Going Posh…
It is a wonderful idea to have nannies that speak English. There are so many times when parents use the cheapest nanny/babysitter that money can buy.
Welcome to Beverly Hills Posh and Family !!!

Wouldn’t that be “perfectly spoken english?”

I hate Daily Mail always goes on about “Plain-looking” nannies…..a hint that Victoria is scared David will cheat on her. The last two nannies and the current one are anything but “plain-looking”…….

Uh-a “plain looking” nanny? What, is she jealous David might have a wandering eye?

I’m plain looking! How do I get the job?!
May 28th, 2007 at 6:50 pm
Why didn’t she just write “Hot young Mexican women need not apply”!!!
To all those who would like the job, I urge you to read “The Nanny Diaries” and you will be cured!

If she’s that worried about him cheating on her with the nanny, maybe she should get a manny or better yet, stay home and take care of the house and kids herself!

Why didn’t she just write “Hot young Mexican women need not apply”!!!
what do you mean with that?

I’ll do it! More than 11,000 for a month? 12 months out of the year and that’s better than a lot of “real” jobs. Sure as heck I’ll deal with potentially bratty kids for approximately 144,000 per year.

gee it makes me wonder how stay at home moms like myself do it with no nannies no help and yet my kids are loved well fed and dressed and two people with that much money cant even consider being a stay at home mom . shes more worried about her having a plain looking nanny then her kids themselves hire a ugly nanny but dont worry if that person is safe person to watch your kids

Victoria should try parenting herself instead of paying someone else to do the work. I don’t think she’s that busy, is she? (I mean besides shopping and going to the salon)

I feel so sorry for her kids having to have strangers looking after them – why can’t Viccy put them first before her own self indulgent needs? I could understand it if she needed the money, but £100 million is plenty enough for 1 family to choke on.
Her kids must suffer more than kids in poverty – at least they spend more times with their parents, its so sad, they have everything apart from what they actually need.
She is very selfish & if her so called “career” is so important to her she should have postponed having them.
Sounds like by greedy & wanting it all, she really has nothing at all.

realize that this is being posted a few days after the last posting, but, why the jealousy, you all realize that Victoria has her own career to, a clothing line, author. You women who have Chose to stay home which is a honorable choice for you. You stay at home moms are jugged always complaining about being judged of that choice so why judge others, for making a different one. Women like that either those that own their own business or married to wealthy men have a housestaff. Get over yourselves because you and I both know if you it was if you , you would have a nanny to. You made your choices live with them. Do really think people like them care what you think anyway? Think about it.
