"There's nothing fun about the age they're at right now. Each one on their own is insanely fun, but the combination of the two of them after hours is just chaos. I don't remember the last time I slept like a human being. Right now it's just brother-waking-up-brother, which is really the nightmare. "

Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus at Hannah Montana Concert

Tags: News

Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus, 14, performed a free concert in Hollywood this week, celebrating the release of the all new 2-disc Hannah Montana 2 / Meet Miley Cyrus CD and Hannah Montana: Pop Star Profile DVD. The concert featured songs from the hit Disney Channel series second season including the #1 Radio Disney hit "Nobody’s Perfect,” as well as some of the hottest tracks from Miley’s solo debut.

On hand for the performance were mom Leticia Cyrus and celebrity dad Billy Ray Cyrus who joined his celebrity daughter on stage.

Fans seemed thrilled to get a chance to see Miley/Hannah in person. The Hannah Montana 2 / Meet Miley Cyrus CD (from $12.99) and Hannah Montana: Pop Star Profile DVD (from $14) are currently available for purchase. On the DVD you will find a brand new, previously un-aired episode of Hannah Montana as well as behind the scenes interviews with the cast and Miley’s real life family. The Meet Miley Cyrus CD marks the actresses solo debut and highlights Miley’s songwriting talents – 7 of the ten tracks were written by Miley herself.

My ten year old is a huge fan of Miley Cyrus, so we were thrilled to preview the DVD. It’s not often that my daughter and I enjoy the same shows, but I find Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus very entertaining. Miley is truly a gifted comedic actress and singer. It’s also lovely to see the obvious affection between father and daughter.

My 7 year old and I were at the video store looking for Bridge to Tarabithia. They didn’t have it and she was very disappointed. That is until she saw the Hannah Montana DVD and let out a squeal that only little girls can do. I think that if she ever saw Miley in real life, she just might pass out! :)

  2. Whitney Says:

She is a very cute little girl, and they must have great PR since she is everywhere all of a sudden…but seriously, what’s with Dad’s hair??

  3. sil Says:

my 2 year old loves Hannah Montana! she dances all her songs :)

  4. Hea Says:

14 years old and already performing a miniskirt? Nice…

  5. Alexis Says:

my five year old little brother loves her, he says she’s his girlfriend :]

  6. sarah Says:

Mmmmmm I agree Hea, a 14 year old girl should be wearing more appropriate clothing. That does’nt make her look cool or cute it makes her look very trashy. yea like the world needs another brittany spears NOT!

  7. Ericka Says:

My daughter who is 11 loves miley/hannah. She sings her song Nobody’s Perfect everyday. She is exacted that she gets to meet her in person tomorrow for her cd
    signing. WE LOVE YOU>

  8. Julie Says:

A miniskirt, and thigh high socks! Real nice.

  9. preesi Says:

    Whats wrong with a miniskirt?
Go look at any website selling CATHOLIC school uniforms! MINI SKIRTS!

  10. Lauren Says:

    “Whats wrong with a miniskirt?”

Um, nothing? I don’t recall anyone saying there is anything wrong with a miniskirt.

“Go look at any website selling CATHOLIC school uniforms! MINI SKIRTS!”

And this statement is relevant to the topic of celebrity babies…how?

  11. sarah Says:

A girl 14 years of age needs to be wearing clothes for a girl her age, a short short mimi skirt is not one of them. That skirt is soooooooo short you can almost see her bottom that is not appropriate. And as a parent I sure would’nt want my daughter drawing attention to any part of her body at that age!

  12. Bella Says:

It is a rather short mini skirt and I personally do not think it is age appropriate but I suppose she is performing and probably does not dress like that daily. The other side of it is that young girls look up to her/her character and may want to imitate her look but parents are the ones who need to regulate what is appropriate for their children.

  13. tamisha Says:

hey gurl wats ^ i miss u no tme no see

  14. Ashlyn Evans Says:

Miley’s mini skirt looks really cute. Also I think that she is very pretty in a plaid mini skirt. A 14 year old girl does need her own fashion and I think that she does have the best style for a 14 year old girl.

  15. rachel Says:

i don’t think that a miniskirt is a big issue i mean shes 14 i’m 13 and well were teenagers and its not like she wears that everyday i am like her biggest fan and there’s nothing wrong with wearing a miniskirt! so no one should say anything rude!

  16. me Says:

    hi

  17. Diana Says:

My 7 year old is so excited about Miley. She constantly watches the show (so do dad and mom cause it is good clean fun). I hope someday that Miley is close to us so we can see her in person. She is a great role model with a great attitude and loving nature. The role dad Billy Ray plays on the show promotes that the parents are in control not the kids! Discipline is not left out. Which is my favorite part of the show. Too many shows have the kids with the upper hand and make the parents look absolutely stupid and useless. Keep up the good work and attitude Miley. We love u.

  18. Brooke Says:

I love miley cyrus/hannah. I think she is a great person. I wish I could meet her one day, but that probalby won’t happen. Miley kepp up the awsome work. I love you like a sis. I wish you were my sister. If you wnat to e-mail me it’s brkmanley@comcast.net.
