I agree with Melissa, nothing has been confirmed first-hand to the public...and maybe he truly doesn't know one way or the other, hopefully not, but who knows?

I don’t think it’s strange as they don’t seem to be that close. I’m 16 weeks along in my second pregnancy and haven’t told my Dad & Stepmom yet. We waited until I was out of the first trimester to let our daughter know and then she tells the Grandparents. We haven’t been over to my Dad’s place since so he doesn’t know yet.

She's doing what she's supposed to do? By drunken driving? Tell that to the victims of drunk driving. This is not just rebellious teen behavior. She's an adult and was taking part in a potentially deadly act. Lionel, seriously, I love ya but wake up!

I think he's just hedging. He likes to talk to the press but he isn't going to reveal her news (if in fact its true). This article in People quoted him from this past Saturday - July 9th. But US Magazine's cover article quotes him saying on June 18th that he was going to see her the following day (his birthday) and get to the bottom of the pregnancy rumors.

I think if she was really pregnant she would have told her father. It's not like Nicole or Joel has actually confirmed the pregnancy.

I think it's a little strange that Lionel wasn't told by his daughter he was going to be a Grandpa...!
