She’s a beautiful baby and I’m happy for them all, but it’s only been 4 days. I wasn’t thinking about anything other than loving my baby at 4 days…let alone releasing an official photo to the press. She should just relax and be a mom for a bit.

well I wasn’t thinking about a photo to release to the press, but i certainly was taking plenty of pictures for friends and family at 4 days. I think taking pictures is what many moms do and it probably didn’t take her too much time to jet one off in an email for the press! i’m sure she is being a wonderful mom and is just in love with her baby and excited to show everyone!
Congrats to her, she has a beauty. Makes me want more

Mandii, I was sending photos from my cellphone the day my daughter was born! You can still relax, love your baby and share with family and friends at the same time. Different strokes for different folks. Besides, this was a photo she gave to the people on her local LA morning show, where there are lots of people there that she loves and who love her. It wasn’t a “press release.” The viewers of Good Day LA have gone through every step of this pregnancy with her (or so it seems!) and everyone was just dying to see the baby.
CONGRATS Jillian! You know how much your LA fans love you and we’re so happy for you!!!

OMG what a beautiful baby. I love the name Ruby too, I always wanted to name a little girl Ruby. It was the name of my great-grandmother’s twin sister. Adorable!!!!!
