I love this neofeminism….. I can do what I want when I want to and with who I want to……hey that’s fine…..but live like a man……if you want to do that then YOU pay for it…..

Here is the other argument I love, “Well if he didn’t want to pay that much child support he should have worn protection”…..What?…..It takes two to tango and just like the man has a responsibility to emotionally and financially support their children so do you……Just because you spread your legs doesn’t mean that only one party is responsible for the financial needs of the children……Ohhhh I’m woman but hear me roar but I’m SOOOOOOO helpless that I couldn’t possibly support myself and my child….Why should I help you with your mortgage when I have to pay for space for my child when they stay with me….Did it all of a sudden become free for me just because a court labels you the primary residential parent….If I’m just as involved in my childs life as you….Why do I have pay you for anything…..You are financially responsible just like I’m emotionally responsible……You wanted to leave….you should have to be responsible for your own decisions and responsibilities and not have somebody else financially subsidize the decisions you made in life……

I think this amount is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!. The twins aren’t even a year old. They don’t need private school tuition, or a driver hired or a bodygaurd. Kim doesn’t have a job, I think she got back with diddy on porpose, just to have his children, then she would split. Come on, moving to L.A. She lived with him in NYC and is from Atlanta. What is she doing in LA. If diddy is worth $400 million, he doesn’t have that rolling around in the bank somewhere. That money is just supporting Kim.

I would really be intrested to know the acually numbers of mothers that have to pay child support.

It should be what the courts order. Child support is used to pay mortgages, cars, insurance, education, and any general bills for things that are used for the child (even if the mom uses those things, too). It can be used to pay housekeepers, nannies, for furniture, whatever Kim decides. It’s life. He has to pay up. I’m sure they’ll settle out of court. 100K a month is nothing to him.

I wanted to add that a father shouldn’t be reduced to being just a paycheck.

It shouldn’t be based on his income, it should be a flat rate for every guy.

Diddy is an extremely wealthy man and Kim has three of his babies. Pay up dude, if that is what the court orders or what her lawyers can get!!!!

In NY State, if the non-custodial parent makes more than $80,000 a year, it is up to the judge to decide whether to adhere to the schedule or not.

That being said, I think $100,000 would be excessive. But the odds are not in Diddy’s favor as he already pays the most support in NYS.
From what I have seen in the tabs, Diddy is not slighting his children is any way. He has assumed responsibility for Kim’s eldest son with Al B. Sure. I don’t think they’ll feel left out at $25,000 a month as opposed to 100.
