"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Bellah May Sunshade: Keep baby shaded in style

Img_0848

You set out on a beautiful sunny day only to find that your stroller’s sunshade is not protecting your baby from the harmful rays. Even though he/she’s all slathered with the sunscreen and wearing a hat, the sun is just too strong. When your stroller’s sunshade isn’t cutting the mustard, what can you do? The stroller sunshades on the market do the trick, but they are only available in one or two colors (and they aren’t so exciting).

Bellah May Designs, created by May Erwin, aims to jazz up your stroller with her fab sunshades. The sunshades ($80) come in funky prints and are 100% cotton. They are even reversible!! They are huge and really cover your baby from the harsh sun. Ben is pictured in the logan sunshade (blue and chocolate camo /chocolate reversible sunshade). Some other fun prints are the Joie -chocolate brown, raspberry, black and pink stripes with the reversible side of chocolate brown with white polka dots, the Hampton – an aqua and chocolate damask pattern with the reversible side of brown and blue stripes, the Natalie (a popular sunshade) – a pink Eiffel Tower print contrasted with chocolate and white polka dots, finished with a brown pom- pom trim.

To attach the sunshade, take it out out of the attached bag, pick which side you want to face out. I loved that it was reversible – sometimes you want a different look.   Then you attach the higher straps under the handlebar and attach the lower straps under the seat. The attached bag turns into pocket for the back of the stroller hood (that was my favorite part!). To buy, click here or go to Bellahmay.com.
