I just went to the Psling site and the slings are $150, not $350. Still, way too much to pay for something that women in South America make and sell for under $50 bucks so that they can feed their families.
Shame on you for not promoting this. It is important that this is addressed in a time when consumerism is at its worst.

The first female giraffe in 15 years was born at Auckland zoo the day Gwen and Kingston visited Auckland zoo.

How about positing my original comment about the importance of recognizing other avenues for getting a sling versus buying an overpriced one?
Or, are you completely advertiser driven? Please do not take it as an insult. It is meant to facilitate some thought.
I read CBB because I look to it to be a positive outlet for celebrity baby news and family friendly. A sling at $150 is not friendly to my family’s budget and the women in my parenting groups agree. Why not dig up some ads for businesses where the money goes directly to the craftswoman?
Seriously, a better example needs to be set so that we can dig ourselves out of this crazy consumerism disease. Help do something to lead the way.
