Indy driver Tony Kanaan and wife expecting a son
Tony Kanaan, an IndyCar driver, and his wife, Dani, are currently expecting their first child — a baby boy whom they plan to name Leonardo.
Tony humorously stated in a blog for MyRacer,
I’m telling you, there is no question that this child is mine. The boy has a nose like no other. Well, maybe one other. Seriously, I never thought some scratchy ultrasound photos could be beautiful, but they are.
Dani told me a funny story about the ultrasound. Shehad it done while she was away, and the doctor didn’t know me fromAdam, which is probably a good thing. Anyway, the doctor is taking herthrough the images of the ultrasound on the screen and explaining whatshe’s seeing. This is an arm, that’s a leg, there’s his head, and so on.
Then the doctor stopped. “And this great big part here?” he said. “That’s his nose.”I’m serious. He really said that. The doctor didn’tknow me or my nose or my nose jokes. Dani said she couldn’t stoplaughing. At first I didn’t believe her story, but then she showed meone of the photos. It was a profile. That’s my boy!

I love Tony and think he and his wife are a beautiful couple and loving. I am proud to say Congrats to my all time favorite driver! Good Luck Dani and Tony!
