Sarah Jessica Parker wants to bottle her son’s bedroom’s smell
Sarah Jessica Parker launched her second fragrance, Covet, today, butthere’s only one scent she covets — the one found in her 4-year-oldson James Wilkie’s room.
Not to sound treacly, but it would be how my son’s bedroom smells whenyou walk in. [The scent is] clean, and it’s mixed withtheir sweat while they’re sleeping and the cotton of their blankets andthe moisture that’s right underneath their hair. But you almost don’twant to share it.
These days, though, Sarah doesn’t have time to spray on her perfume as she’s more concerned with applying another product.
I wake up and have a fight with my son about putting sunscreen on.

I agree with her completely, my 4 year olds natural aroma smells like milk and honey, quite heavenly. I love the sweet scent of her skin, her hair and her bedroom. It’s lovely to see that she shares my opinion.

Hahaha….wait until that sweet 4 year old turns into an active 9 or 10 year old. Their sweat isn’t sweet! Then you start trying to cover up their scent!

I can’t wait. That fragrance will fly off the shelves!

I also love the way my son smells. If there was a way to bottle it I would.

I totally agree! I love the smell of my daughter’s head. I remember when I was breastfeeding and I picked up a sleeper she had worn the previous night and smelled it. I ended up having a milk letdown!

I absolutley know what she’s talking about! I love to grab my daughters blanket and smell it. Sounds funny…but it’s something special I swear.

LOL @ Lorus!
Agree totally with you all – my son’s smell is the best smell in the world. I sniff his little head all day. It’s funny, because when he was bfing he smelled just like ice cream and now he smells a bit different (I guess more like tiny toddler sweat & Cheerios, now that he’s running around and weaned), but it’s still my favourite smell.

I love baby smells, especially newborns.
