Her body looks amazing!! I know she’s worked really hard to lose the baby weight, and I love that she didn’t get too crazy (a’la Jaime Presley) about it. Go mama!
Liam looks so cute in his little bucket hat. It’s great that they have him swimming already.

Tori’s body looks good. I know she was on ET the other day saying she used nutri system to get her back in shape and lose weight, and working out reguarly.

Shouldnt Liam have a onesie or a shirt on while he swims so he doesnt get too much sun? My niece is a year & a half & she wears that or a baby wetsuit so she doesnt get burned.

Tori looks great and little Liam is cute, but Dean just creeps me out! Does he ever smile or look remotely happy to be around his family?
Sarah’s note: Yeah, there’s that pic of him and Liam smiling at each other from this summer. I think he’s just one of those people that just doesn’t photograph well. Once I saw their reality show a few times I started to like him — he’s pretty funny.

Love the baby bucket hats, does anyone know who makes this particular one?? I’ve seen Sheryl Crowe’s son in a similar one this summer too, they are so adorable but i haven’t found any like that.

Shes lost all her baby weight! Im so jealous. Did any of you seen the first show of her and Dean’s “inn Love”? Little Liam was such a little star in it. They look very much in loved with him and eachother. It was very cute!

Tori looks amazing!!! Better than before she got pregnant! I think Dean is such a hottie!! I have seen Liam on their show and he is absolutely adorable. They are such a cute family. And, whomever asked about the sun being too much…as long as Liam has a hat and wears a good sunscreen for babies and it is applied very often…he should be ok for an hour in the pool. I am sure they wouldn’t have had him out there for hours and hours!

This is a question I’m just throwing out there – but can you still breastfeed after breast implants? I know after a breast reduction you can’t but I just don’t understand how a baby can suckle when you have saline balls in there! Someone please educate me on this one! Thanks!
Sarah’s note: Yes you can, if they don’t cut your milk ducts. Occasionally there are milk production issues — Tori talked a little about it after she had Liam. But Brooke Burke has implants and is still nursing Rain, and, of all people, Pam Anderson breastfed both her boys for a year!

Chicki – 50% of all people who have had breast reductions can breastfeed still. It depends on how it was done. The old way of reducing cut a lot of milk ducts, but most women who get a reduction today will still be able to nurse. My sister had a reduction nearly 15 years ago and she breastfed successfully. As for the implants, I heard you can breastfeed, but I wonder about the safety of this. What if your silicone implant leaks? Will your child be drinking this? Too iffy for me IMO, but I don’t know too much about implants.
