Foxy Brown is not expecting after all
Despite telling the NY Post and announcing to the judge of her probation hearing that she was expecting, it turns out that Foxy Brown is not pregnant after all. The 27-year-old rapper, née Inga Marchand, released a statement through her manager today, saying,
And to the pregnancy rumors, this is the official statement: She is not pregnant.
Last week, Foxy was sentenced to a year in jail for violating her probation. Rumors began when a prison guard at Rikers, where Foxy is currently being housed, told radio host Wendy Williams that the prison has a special ward for their pregnant prisoners — a ward that Foxy was not a resident of, as her prison intake physical showed that she was not, in fact, expecting.

Please tell me she didn’t lie! Tell me she didn’t fake a pregnancy in order to get out of jail. That’s about as LOW as it gets if she did. That takes some serious NERVE.

Do you think she’s just a liar or that maybe she miscarried or aborted the baby after finding out about her sentence? It’s a no-win situation whichever way you look at it.

I thought she confirmed it herself. If she did lie, I agree…its sooo wrong. On so many levels. If she miscarried, I would think they would have said so even just to save face cuz they had to know people would think she lied to get out of jail.

This is just hilarious… and ridiculous at the same time. LOL. I can’t believe she did that. Sounds like something out of a Soap Opera… not that I watch those… hahaha

That is horrible. Maybe they’ll announce she had a miscarriage, I can’t believe she would do that, and think she’d get away with it!

Oh, I bet she was banking on a sympathetic judge. I doubt she was thinking a pregnancy would keep her out of jail completely (she’s not that naive), but I bet she was hoping it might help her out a bit, maybe reduce her sentence. Sure, she may have miscarried – its not too hard to believe that the stress of serving time at Rikers Island would be detrimental to one’s health (and therefore a pregnancy). But she’s a criminal, and in my opinion, the odds here say she probably lied.

Oh, that’s disgusting. I bet she made that up to try and get out of jail time. How awful. I never liked that woman, she’s nasty, rude, vulgar, and arrogant. I’m glad she’s going to jail.

I for one don’t think she was ever pregnant. It was first announced by her lawyer in court then she told the New York Post I do Believe that she was preggers and getting married. She thought she could get off easy OR she was trying to bank of sympathy for the press and the public which some people got all up in arms that they would sentence a pregnant woman to jail (not the first time).

Who would have guessed that? I would have. I bet in a week they will put a miscarriage item out to try and save face. What a horrible human being.
