How exciting!! I’ve met Iyari (pronounced ee-y-ah-d-ee)!! About 6 years ago, we met randomly at a Depeche Mode concert in Chicago. She was there with her then boyfriend, Efrain Ramirez (better known as Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite). We hung out at the concert, got dinner together after that and took them shopping around the city the next day…I even have pictures
It was such a fun time, they’re both very nice people! So congratulations to her!

I really liked her on Buffy – that crazy spotty last season of the show. She’s very pretty. I support her endeavour to pass on her genes.
By the way, thanks for the story (and pronounciation of “Iyari” – that is NOT how I was hearing it in my mind), Amanda.
